The Practice of Debanking is Harming Americans

Following the Senate Banking Committee Hearing on “Investigating the Real Impacts of Debanking in America,” ADF’s Jeremy Tedesco appeared on Fox Business alongside Davis Wright Tremaine partner Stephen Gannon.
Jeremy explained that debanking has real and harmful impacts on Americans. For example, Indigenous Advance Ministries had its account abruptly canceled by Bank of America after it claimed the charity serving widows and orphans in Uganda exceeded the “bank’s risk tolerance.”
Americans shouldn’t have to fear losing their bank accounts because of their religious or political beliefs.
