USD 3 - 4 million penthouses were much better than 25 million. Surprisingly Porch design costs 3-4 million. Anyway a job well done. I am working hard to buy one there.

You pay for the views on the beach but the housing is too white, too cold for my taste. I like rich wood colors mixed with white marbles. But I guess that is the style...
