I'm more of you doing a tour and showing the house with your hands, than with epic shots
I completely agree! I get lost in the orientation of where we are in the house either due to the editing or jumping between the inside & outside of the home. Sometimes less is more

I am pretty sure that I could match this mansion's monthly money expense of only the air conditioning part of the electric bill I could pay my, my mother's and my pets monthly living expenses here in Colombia.

Plus it just feels special, like you’re actually in a theater. And if you’re dropping $10 million on a mansion, you might as well drop $100k on a real cinema 4K digital projector.

Not to be overlooked is the landscaping with all the tall greenery wrapping around the property. It feels like you’re in Brazil or Costa Rica or something. Escapism.
Very nice house and presentation. 1st time I considered a house with the bedrooms " downstairs ".. the only thing I'd do differently is make the master a little bigger, put a small kitchen on the third floor and with the open YARD space, turn to a basketball court, which had the ability to turn into a hidden pool 🤫🤫
Could you use a wider angle lens and not constant interruption with narrow shot b roll? You use a narrow shot on you for a few seconds and then disconnected b roll, that means you lose the layout more or less completely. You'd have to painstakingly piece together the layout as a mystery puzzle. Use a wider lens, actually show the house. It's not about you and you need the continuity.

While watching this video and enjoying this amazing home, I felt like something was different. The type of video/film seems different than the rest of your videos. I could be wrong. But when I went back and watched an older video it does seem different. But the home is sweet.

If you buy a home like this i imagine you would want one of these projectors you just put on the floor and can use the entire wall as a cinema screen in the home cinema room. 😊 Instead of have to hang the projector on a wall.

Just some constructive criticism: maybe don’t record your videos during the middle of the day. There is too much white light and your video seems a bit “bleached” out. Also, this house is so beautiful, you may want to record some video at night just to show a potential buyer what the house looks like at night.
