You can cooking tagine with olive oil is very delicious
did you use spices? fun fact about the calling for prayer (adan) if u make duaa ( wish) during it ur duaa will be accepted as well as for the person who is fasting so make a lot of duaa since u are fasting the last 10 days of Ramadan are the bestt of duaas the perfect night called laylatu kadr (night of destiny in English I think ) search about it and the miracles of Ramadan before it's finished read more quran even English listen to it in arabic for Friday surat al kahf ❤its sunna

The best way dont puy tajine on fire first
Fisrt arrange everything i mean put oil onion and meet and add more onion up of meet than spices than herbs than potatos carrot and you can add corget, garlec than already the water is in the vegitable just closed the tagine and put it on fire but just minimise the fire as much as you can
And one more thing you need to eat direct from tagine its more delicieuse

You probably know this already: A good vegetable tajine is one that water was not added to but if you have to, do not add cold water, add boiling water. You do not want to shock your tajine. It affects the flavor big time.
Do you know that you can also put a first bottom layer of onion disks. Green herbs are put with olive oil at the end of cooking.
