I have a Boss GT10 that has the ability to program the expression pedal for different keys - no need for 4 different drop tune guitars. Just need to remember to set the range to the same value as the key you want to play in - eg Max,-4 , Min -4 and then you can set the pedal to play as a wah or volume pedal. It is polyphonic so all 6 strings and chords can be played without any warbling while it ' calculates ' the notes you're trying to play. The expression pedal can also be used to adjust any effect level you wish to use. Increase/ decrease delay times, distortion level, flange speed etc etc. I'd recommend getting/trying one coz you can sell it pretty much immediately for what you bought it for 😁
I have one of those pedals, but with out the wah pedal. Wayyyy to many effects😮,I think over 100. Guy threw it in for nothing when I bought the Aria Pro II zz and the Night Warrior. So did not pay, that's the best. No instructions on how to program, goggled for directions, don't have any patience. I want a fuzz face and a cry baby just to play Hendrix, like you, you played a little voodoo Child, my favorite Hendrix song.
oh im not sure of my fav hendrix song..i used tohave a tape of the usa album are you experienced which i liked all the way through but i never found that album on record, i have axis and the naked leccy ladyland but theyre not "listen all the way through" albums for me.and i never understood band of gypsies... its probably 20 years since i listened to hendrix on purpose - probably time to go back - i probably know some of the stuff he does on guitar now!
@@MADMALKO On guitar I only really know some riffs of Hendrix. But on bass I know a lot of Hendrix songs straight through. I was a Hendrix fanatic in my teens, I thought Noel Redding was more then just competent on bass considering he really was not a bass player. I think Jimi put together Band of Gypsys because he was getting a lot of shit from the black community because he was playing "White music" and the guys in his band were white.

yeah i managed to program my wee bass multi fx to do that- to my ears any sort of pitch shifting just adds that "digital sheen" sound
Fun to mess around with but I agree, too many options. I can waste a lot of time with too many options!
