Sounds like you have not aligned the inner ramp to the side case studs. Take the lever off and align it to the free spool position before tightening the pre-set adjuster
Do have a schematic you can send me for a 2 speed accurate boss fury , single drag? I’ve changed out all the 5 bearings and now when I put the case together the spool is dragging somehow !? I’ve taken it apart numerous times all day today and still the same result every time I put it together . I’m dumbfounded!!!! Can’t figure what’s going on 😢…
