I called mom (Alabama) all upset and she calmly said fit the piece on, glaze the cake, and turn it around with the knife near the good side. It worked!! TIA

I used 6 eggs only because I was not going to put that last egg back in the fridge all by itself. I used a hot sausage (my cousin complained AFTER eating 3 helpings) next time I will use 1/2 sage. I made a breakfast casserole for my office Christmas brunch & it was a hit!!. Eggs, green & red peppers, sage sausage, spinach, mushrooms, andouille sausage, sour cream, milk & cheese, garlic & onion powder, pepper, Cajun seasoning, chives, green onions & hash browns. It was good. That french toast casserole looks delicious!! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Cooking Queen!
i just store it in a container by the stove,. if i get alot i will put it in a mason jar and leave it on the counter. make sure the meat bits are strained if you want to keep it there a long time or put in the fridge

I think your banana bread looks even nicer than my Grandma's. If I do this for Easter, I may sub in chocolate chips for the cranberries or make lemon poppyseed loaf. This is such a good adaptable way to entertain!
