Yes, for new engine it's normal, maintaine 40 to 50 km/h & do not excelerate unnecessary till first 1500 km, inbetween ur first service will be completed then check diffrence after that,
As compair to other bike u can feel cylincer is more heated it's normal, but you have doubt , i recommend you need to check with service centre because bike is under warranty
