It's this kind of stuff that makes life exciting. Glad that the machine wasn't damaged, but more importantly, no one got hurt. No more incidents like this this year, you hear me. Stay safe out there.
Glad to see none was hurt. The soft soil probably saved a whole bunch of damage. Getter did hands and get them logs out of the woods and into the mills. Y'all be safe now ya hear and Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year to y'all.
Just glad no one got hurt otherwise, except their pride! From what you seemed to say no apparent damage either which is good luck. Be careful it is only 19days to Christmas, including weekends, and you don't need any more accidents.
That's one reason I love logging equipment. They are built like brick shithouses. Most things, if you rolled them over they would be scrap. Logging stuff you put back on its feet and get back to work. Love it!
One thing I've learned ,the one thing you have to do before you can make a mistake, is to get up off your a** and do something. At least now you have something to pick on him about. Love your channel. I worked in my neighbors mill when I was a kid. Have been a heavy duty mechanic for 25 years. I have my own woodlot and band saw mill so all your videos are great.yours is the only channel I have on my list. all the best.
Holy Cr@p on a pancake! He says he is fine, but I bet he'll be sore tomorrow. Did he have to change his britches after that??? HA! When your rolling the feller shiney side back up, just make sure the brakes are on so she doesn't keep-a-rollin downhill. Exciting day!
Logger Wade, I'm looking to leave the UK and for work in the Forestry Business. I'm going to put myself through a couple of courses on operating a skidder. How easy is it to get a job in the states as a skidder operator?
Its how we loggers roll. Flopped 330 kobelco LL. Two seconds before that I thought " if I haul ass, I MIGHT get home by 8:30 p.m." Got home a lot later than 8:30...
Hey Wade. I don't understand why they don't put wrist on them like the track bunchers do then this wouldn't happen. What is your thought on that? I enjoy your videos. keep them coming.
Glad Pee Wee is OK! Someone who knows explain to me if anything or nothing is done to the tractor after it has been put back up on it's wheels. I guess I was wondering about the fluids in the tractor and what if any PM is done before it's restarted.
I'd really been impressed if you flipped it over onto the other side while setting it up. But that takes a real veteran operator. You'll get there oneday!
+letsdig18 lol I heared that driver boys I've been switching back and forth to the mud bucket and the rock bucket and the head... This bad boy is awesome.. Hell everyone needs a din din I'm thinking about getting a little Kubota and mounting a belly mower under it
+Logger Wade take a video of changing the head out. I'm interested to see how they lines work. did you have a thumb or not? if so how do you run the head off those lines?
+letsdig18 well it's a long story kept the thumb but got some modifications to make... As for the hydraulics I got to get with a buddy to get the thumb/ accessory circuit right
Damn... He is right.... You could pass as an Elf!!!!(good job today... Good nobody got hurt.... Tell PeeWee they make adult britches keeper cleaners!!!)
easiest way to flip a cutter. dang trees get away from u jumping out of the head. got super lucky didn't twist the arms. I've been really lucky cutting for last 15 years never to flip one. lost of close calls. takes lots of skill to cut large timber on hills and deep ditches. sometimes on flat ground. I wish I could find a good cutter man that is use to cutting big hardwood.

We just checked fluids and let it set awhile before starting
