The blade that you put on the trimmers are actually not The One blade set. The still blade teeth are short and the cutting blade has a more round or beveled shape to them. On The One cutting blade set (the one that actually says The One on the package), the still blade has deeper teeth and the cutting blade kinda has a dip on them and the space in between the teeth is larger. If you hold the cutting blades side by side, you'll see the difference and you'll see the difference in the still blade as well if you look at them side by side. They do make The One blade set designed shape wise like the one you put on the trimmer, you just purchased the wrong one (It happened to me as well). Side note, I found that putting The One cutting blade on the short tooth one you put on the trimmers and putting the cutting blade from those, on the still blade that comes with The One cutting blade is thee best blade combo I've ever had. Sharp lines and I mean ZERO irritation, even if you zero gap both of them.
