Ciao from Italy Adam! I have your same bass.. just want robe sure it is a Kingston or an USA one. Second question (because I am installing the B AXIS pickups) : which strings do you use ? Model? Thanks and THANKS AGAIN!!
This is a Czech made Beast model. Better than Kingston and very near the USA as far as quality. The biggest difference btwn this bass and the Kingston/USA Saratoga models is the pickup placement. The Czech luthiers used a more fender placement so this model has a more classic Fender sound. The Kingston/USA Saratoga models use Mike's own placement which has a different sound.
Woah.. this bass sounds so good. The tones are so tight and well-compressed.
Sorry I see you use some special gauge from d’addario : can you explain this better ?
I am very picky about my timbre/volume being even from string to string no matter where I am playing. I have found that .125 and .095 Pro Steel bottoms strings combined with .075, .065, and .045 NYXL upper strings accomplishes this the best for me.
Nice! Do you have the Eurekas in Stereo also?
Nah, I just had 2 racked up for quickly switching btwn basses 😁
Man that was sick licks on the bridge. What are you hitting on that? We are playing this in a few weeks. Keep up the sweet work man.
Just using chord tones/pentatonics and playing a variation of the melody around the root note. 😁
Cool brother. Smooth grooves.loved it
Much appreciated! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
