There’s The Kitchen in Howden which is the one Jade visits but there’s also one in Snaith which isn’t far from Howden. You could also call in The Peppered Pig in East Cowick which serves lovely food. Also, the Donuts in DOE are awesome, you should have tried one!

@@TheLodgeGuys if you head to the one in Snaith, there are some nice heritage walks around the area ranging from a couple of miles up to 9 or 10 miles.
Another great vlog guys....all those cakes looked delicious,I'm sure if I stayed anywhere near that 42nd street bakery I'd be an extra 2 stone heavier 😂! Was good to see the lovely Jade & Barney and Kev too.

The place that was shut opposite where you had a drink on the river is called The Star Inn The City. Lovely food, but also really nice to just sit on the terrace outside for a drink!

Are all of your Disney stores closing as well ? It was just announced that all of the Disney stores in Canada are shutting down. So sad, the shipping from the online store is SO expensive.

Hi guys, enjoyed the vlog. We were in York beginning of July and ventured out to beverley for the day. We enjoy walking round the wall you get some great views of the minster. If you need the toilet use the one in the train station if your nearby.,we noticed the public toilets shut early and cost 40p

No trip back to the UK for me this year - made the decision this week. I am not doing quarantine - for Scotland you have to stay in a designated hotel at a cost of 1750pounds for 11 nights. The UK Government is supposed to be close to an agreement for fully vaccinated from the USA but the way things have been handled I cannot trust it to be handled right from either side of the ocean. Last I heard you have to have had a vaccine that is approved for use in the UK. Rather than “fully vaccinated” I think I like Nick’s expression - double jabbed😄🤣😁. Here they are starting to talk of the possibility of booster shots for immune compromised and over 65 due to Delta variant.
think your mistaken only red countries have to stay in hotels, USA is an amber country and from Monday you can travel here and bypass quarantine as long as your double jabbed
@@TheLodgeGuys Scotland has different rules from England. But yes, the announcement was just made that from Aug 2nd no quarantine from amber countries as long as the traveller is fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the FDA. Scotland is following that guideline. Still have to do a travel pretest before flying and then another on 2 days after arrival.

@@TheLodgeGuys yes I order them on amazon. The rubber bands and put one on ankle and one on opposite wrist. Last about 3 weeks. I only take them off in shower.
I used to get bitten every year and end up on antibiotics as the bites are so bad my skin bubbles.
