You have used a standard polyurethane ducting as your waste . That should be used for air discharge or dust discharge . You need a rubber discharge hose . The chemical water is eating into the polyurethane. Hope that helps

We’ve had a Motorhome for years. Things go wrong ALL the time, I’ve found the only way to deal with it is to just treat it all as part of the adventure. We were away last December and it literally felt like the motorhome was falling to pieces but it all worked out in the end. It always does. Without the hiccups you wouldn’t have all the adventures. Hi Just watched the Bordeaux vlog. Just a little tip When emptying your toilet cassette there is a little button on the top. If you hold the button in it lets air in while you empty. No glug glug noises. Cassette empty’s much quicker. Loving your Europe travels. All the best Martin

We were in borrrrrrdeaux for my nieces wedding in may. Lovely city excellent trams. We stayed close to railway station. She got married in a French chateau about 45 minutes into country. Beautiful. 😊
The pipe isn’t substandard, it’s the wrong type of hosing for grey waste especially when you are putting bleach down there. The pipe you have in place at the moment is more suited to air filtration or vacuums similar to a hoover hose. You’ll need a stronger plastic pipe

Playing catch up on the vlogs just wondering black water is toilet and that goes in the water next to where you refill your water from what do you do with the grey water from the shower and sink? Never seen you empty it yet
Black water is toilet yes that goes down dedicated dumping points, fresh water goes in the tank at the back of the van and it's pumped around then system grey water goes into a tank underneath the van and had a tap, when we service the van and leave a site we open the Tap over the grey waste grate and it drains away ready for next fill
