Hi dear Karen! Really enjoyed this vlog so much!! Looks like you had quite an eventful couple of days! The view from the Sky Bar where you and Tina had drinks was so lovely, & I'm sure the conference was very helpful for all of you. I have to say that the room where you stayed for the conference was an interesting one, not very cozy at all. Glad you met up with hubby for a couple of days after, & how lovely of them to set you up with a nice picnic! I would have purchased the "Rusty Cauldren" as well, loved the cat!!! What a fun trip! You looked amazing in all your pretty spring outfits for travel. Your meals looked delicious! Both pairs of your new sandals are lovely. Sad we can't access the same shops here in Canada.

I live in the Maritimes and there are not a lot of actual shops but we can shop online. My favourites are Reitman's and Pennington's online and in store. They have some really good sales all year long plus their customer service is great. There are Ricki's and Cleos as well but not so great for plus sizes.
Laura use to be here in one of our local cities but they closed that store. You can pretty much always find a local Walmarts and Mark's. In the larger cities you definitely have more selection but I like our small town simple life here closer to the Atlantic Ocean.

You had a lovely varied weekend. How nice to meet up with Tina! I love Scarborough, especially out of the main season. We stay near Pickering several times a year and always have a day there or sometimes Whitbybut do prefer Scarborough.xx Liz

I really enjoyed the vlog Karen. It brought me back to trips to York and also Scarborough over the years and reminded me that I need to visit again. I haven’t been for over 10 years. I bought those Dr Lightfoot sandals when you showed them before and they are very comfortable. x
