btw i forgot to mention it but the exported file in flowframes should have "RIFE" in the title or something, import that into ae btw glhf.

How is your ae running so fast? Mine is loading a 3 second time remap on half quality settings in about 20 seconds and when I change one single value I need to load it 20 seconds again?

uhh I’d say prob not but it depends how sharp ur going ig and how the clip looks to you

honestly not sure I guess maybe try dedicating more ram, clearing memory cache, and running in lower quality preview modes
as of recently for a while my ae crashes a lot and it’s quite annoying makes me wanna quit lol so gl with ur stuff man
