1st lesson..Those prior tent campers and travel trailers were also Rv's! RV is a general term like CAR or TRUCK! RV stands for Recreational Vehicle which consists of Class A (looks like a bus) , B (van campers) C (Like yours with the cab over bed), truck campers, travel trailers both conventional and 5th wheel, pop ups (tent camper) and now B plus which is a larger van camper but not as large as the class C you rented...quite a broad range but they are all RV's! Safe travels!
Make 100% sure everything works before leaving!! The one I rented the heater did not work so I could not boondock and had to buy an electric heater and stay at campgrounds costing me far more. For my week long trip from VA to FL. I spent as much for fuel as I did for the rental so budget for that if your going to be traveling. I got less then 10 MPG. Even if the heater worked the house battery will only last about 2 hours running it, so you would have to run the engine or generator. The engine had no issues keeping up to highway speeds. There is no GPS, so bring one. There was no USB's in the one I rented. Fridge's so called "freezer" is about useless, ice cream just melted.
I agree I spent about $1000 in gas for one week. RV was so big it was hard to find a place to park for a simple trip to town. Super hard right now just trying to find a campground to stay in. I got lucky and found the last space they had avalible.
Be careful with extension cords. Use a 10 gauge cord, as short as possible. It can overheat and melt the connectors.

Very basic RV. Motels/hotels look better all the time.

I guess it is kind of off topic but do anyone know a good website to watch new series online?
@Cade Alfred Flixportal :D
@Baylor Tucker Thank you, signed up and it seems to work :D I really appreciate it!!
Do you need to have above a class C to drive this??
Just a regular drivers license.
how loud is the generator? thanks
The generator used here is a Onan 4KW on board generator. From my google search I got 60 Decibels at 50 feet away from generator.
Not loud.
