This is the perfect place where dropping my anecdote. Back in 2001,i was 18 and on my first trip to London. We were about to do the transition from national currency to Euro. This meant, very simply, that all of the unspent money there were going, like, lost. So on the last day, I meticolously checked all of my last pounds and had to choose whether to spend them at a music store buying other cds luncor having lunch (the flight was late in the afternoon). So i went inside this huge music shop in Piccadilly- it was Virgin store maybe?- and scanned for some good stuff. I was young and attracted by the music coming from UK, especially electronic /alternative stuff. With my last 12 pounds, the choice was between OXIDE AND NEUTRINO and KOSHEEN-RESIST. Frankly, i never heard their names in my life at that moment. I picked up Kosheen. For a few years I haven't enjoyed that album, to be honest...not my sound. But music tastes change luckily... And I am still proud of my choice. I love this album
I was at the Loveparade in Vienna when you performed. There was a thunderstorm.. But you continued playing.. Even Joking about how *you getting struck by lightning, would be a great visual component to your performance* I absolutely and wholeheartedly adored you.. Before that moment.. But even more from this point on forward. You stayed with me through very tough times. And still.. The moment i think about you.. I just start smiling. I wholeheartedly LOVE YOU! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ✨💖💐 💦 💃🎶 💫🌈 🦄
Just found out this uses the theme from Exorcist (Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield). Was watching the latest movie and kept hearing Kosheen when the theme piped up :D
I bought this album in around 2000/2001 = this song always reminded me of Tubular Bells - from The Exorcist. But a really good track. I liked the singer look and voice. 10/10.
I like the early begining sounds. You know - weird animals (riddick), space sounds, and all this mixed in music. Can somebody put some references? Anyway kosheen rocks!
There are three albums that remind me of a different year in college: Metallica's Black album in my first year, Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory in year two, And this album in the weeks before my final. Good memories all.
I really really truly truly love this track! 2002 rock Im park!!!!

ABB Germany had this for quite a long time as phone queue music. Always was quite disappointed, when suddenly someone answered my call...
that meaning 'more than a face in the crowd'
As soon as this song starts.. everything is ok

Have a listen to Gorecki by Lamb. It starts slow then it kicks in.

Hooverphonic from Belgium.
