Often it's very small changes people need to do, when they have problems. Skipping, or changing, the cream in their coffee, or rereading the ingredients on the things you eat/drink. There will often be things added, some people will respond to. You have to become a detective 😂 After 3 years I still respond to the strangest things... Btw. my solution, when I go through a 'down wave' a bit of liver for a few days always works. It's not a frequent thing, so I don't fear it. 😊 Shawn Baker says, eat till you don't feel like eating a donut and other crap' and I like that more than the 'comfortably stuffed'...

I have hypoglycemia insulin resistant and food addiction to sooth myself in my emotional pains. I want to sign up for your Tiny Habits course towards your training apprenticeship. Please advise.
I also work from home and I was wondering what kind of standing desk do you have. I’ve looked at a few and it’s so hard to figure out which one is actually a good one to buy. If you could please recommend one for me. And I wanted to know also have you Ever looked at the under desk bicycles? I did get one of those recently to try and help me on my weight loss journey I’ve been kind of worn out for about a month, so any guidance you could give me I would greatly appreciate it and I just want to tell you that I so appreciate your honesty and, I am just really inspired by your story, so thank you so so much for sharing
Scott and I both have an Autonomous desk, they work great for having a large work area and ease of use. As far as walking pad or bicycle I tried it for a bit but really does not match just taking a work break and going outside for 15 minute short walk.
Your story started my journey. I'm 71 years young and 93 days on conivore. Lost 50 lbs and feeling a world better. Thankyou for sharing.

Calf liver for low iron. It's delicious. But get calf not the adult beef liver.
