I have a Zelda themed 7 hole Ocarina. I kinda felt anger when you called me a Zelda nerd but then I remembered I have 2 on my phone as an emulator, Skyward Sword, Ocarina of Time, and Majoras mask plus my Ocarina.

I use IFTTT too!! It is a really cool program, I have it set to control my WeMo Switches when my Amazon Echo Dot's alarm goes off!!

It's maybe three years since you commented and I will just put this for anybody who wants to learn. If you want to start, I will say try to use Arduino first, it's really easy and there's a lot of Books and Tutorials about it. Then you can step up your game using something like ESP8266, ESP32, and STM32. After that you can try to use Raspberry pi and maybe combine it with the others.

Hi. I'm really in to a lot of stuff you, or the HackSmith, and other you tubers like that make. But I don't know anything about coding or building things, or any of that really. The ocarina is backwards. It is supposed to taper to the left, not the right.
go to 0:10 when he says "i wanna thank.." then press the forward button

You know, anyone with an ocarina and knows Zelda's Lullaby can easily break into your house.
I don't even think you need an ocarina, hence why it went off earlier in the video when he talked. I think any sound at the correct octave could activate it.
