So funny, I wonder if the home remedy test would have worked IF you would have washed the liner twice like you had to do with the Muc Off. I am not having luck getting the mildew smell out. I have tried to different brands of cleaning foam, even washed it in a bucket with laundry soap. If helps a little but the mildew smell is still there. I really hate that smell, and it will transfer to your hair and face. I live in the Philippines and I think the helmet being in hot and humid environments is contributing to the mildew smell. It is so annoying.
maybe baking soda + vinegar would work better than head and shoulders? =P
