Your channel definetly got me out of my "tired of playing the same basic chords" phase and gave me a lot of inspiration for my own compositions. Thanks alot!
Thanks for sharing this great lesson.❤👏 The way you presented the chords and the concepts made easiest and fastest for us to learn, aplly and evolve. God bless you.
Beautiful chords, beautifully demonstrated…🫶✌️♾️. And I would stumble upon this “saved“ video of mine, the day after I had surgery on my fretting hand😂! What a tease…😊. Thank you, my musical friend. Gives me something to which I can look forward. 😊😅…
Man, what a beautiful and logical explanation. That's almost exactly how I present these ideas to my students and it worked wonderfully. Kudos to you for making this, I'm a subscriber now!
Thanks, so much, for this! I have been trying to figure this out, lately. I actually use a lot of these chords, I just didn't know what they were called. lol!
Thanks antoine! Above everything I’d like to know the effect you’ve used on the guitar here! It’s lovely. Also please tell me what equipment you are using. Thanks!
The part around 8:40 reminds me of Wicked Game by Chris Isaak. Thanks for this video, love those cords, they sounds beautiful, also because of the sound of your guitar.
It might have been those scammers creating fake accounts with my picture. If they said you ''won'' something, definitely do not reply. I am trying as hard as I can to ban those accounts, but they keep coming back.
Regular 11th chords have all the extensions 1 - 3 - 5 - 7 - 9 - 11. Or at least they have the 3rd, 7th and 11th (it's not always possible to play all notes on a guitar, we have to modify voicings or drop notes to make the chords playable and the shapes comfortable). So the least it can be is 1 - 3 - 7 - 11. Add11 chords do not have the 7th in it. The 11 is added on top of a regular triad. So that gives us 1 - 3 - 5 - 11 for example. Hope that clears it up!
Um, does anyone else know enough about guitar to take a scale, randomly fret different notes on each string and adjust until you Create a cool different chord..?.. Just saying..

Hey, new here, what is the difference between regular 11th chords and add11 chords? Is there any?
Regular 11th chords have all the extensions 1 - 3 - 5 - 7 - 9 - 11. Or at least they have the 3rd, 7th and 11th (it's not always possible to play all notes on a guitar, we have to modify voicings or drop notes to make the chords playable and the shapes comfortable). So the least it can be is 1 - 3 - 7 - 11.
Add11 chords do not have the 7th in it. The 11 is added on top of a regular triad. So that gives us 1 - 3 - 5 - 11 for example. Hope that clears it up!
haha! he said "big D" 9:15
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Fat chords. Thnx Antoine
Long fingers. Unfair advantage. 😮💨
You stacked the middle finger on top of the ring finger to more easily hold the bar chord.
Um, does anyone else know enough about guitar to take a scale, randomly fret different notes on each string and adjust until you Create a cool different chord..?.. Just saying..
This would be easier to learn if it was tab
I'm Captain Obvious over here, idk, maybe that idea is beyond beginners but I think not...
sharpen the 11th and creep yourself out
these are jingle bell chrissmassy chords
