    Lots of fish in the system in the first two hours. Great seeing you and Tim out there Friday. Our best day so far 4 for 5. Never get tired of watching your videos.

    Wow they still out there huh. How far do you go up from Garcia Bend before trolling down. Like how many miles up.
    By the way, awesome catched Ron. Could of had more fishes in the boat if your friend don't answer phone. lol

      lol, that fish wasn't hoked that well, just a small head shake and it popped off. We start at different places, the farthest upriver is the Minnow Hole. Right where you caught your salmon.

    Hi Ron
    Can you tell me how long the salmon run will last, what is your trolling speed, and size or weight of sinker. The wife has not allowed me to fish very much this year. Trying to get one for the year. Thanks

      Lots of Kosher salt and some olive oil. What boat were you in.

      @@rmatsuhiro We were on an old Lowe Boat with and old 70hp Johnson. We made a long troll from brickyard to past the water plant.

    Hey Ron,what are your leader/ sinker lengths? I appreciate it!

    • @rmatsuhiro
      @rmatsuhiro  5 років тому

      I use the triangle spreader which is 3" or 4" so my dropper is 13" making it 16" or 17" total, leader on the cut plug is 24" and the bumper before the flasher is 24"

      Thanks!! I have mine around that as well, and im going 3 to 3.5 mph. Haven't been doing so well the last few trips. How long are you usually out fishing?

    • @rmatsuhiro
      @rmatsuhiro  5 років тому

      @@fijian0811 Early or mid Dec. My speed today was 2.6 to 3.0, just depends on the rod action, you should see a rod dip once a second. Adjust your speed to the rod action.
