Thanks for taking the time to do this, they are very helpful and motivating. I unfortunately did not get my boat early enough, I hope the salmon are as abundant next year. I am just curious on your flashers, are they breakaways or are you only connecting the top portion?
Robert Roesser if you leave gas in the motor and are not planing to use it the gas dries up and the gum left clogs up the carb jets. Then you have issues with the motor not running well or not at all.

Yes there's a quick disconnect so you are not fighting the flasher when you are fighting a fish. I use the GDF flasher release.

What size kicker you gave on your boat
It's a 9.9 but I didn't need one that big. I picked up the 9.9 because it was one of the only fuel injected motors of that size.
What make why did you want fuel injected
So I don't have to worry about the carb getting gummed up. I don't have to run the motor out of gas before I pull out of the water.
