Morris Minor 1000 - Replacing the inlet/exhaust manifold gasket

So, today we replace the inlet/exhaust manifold gasket on the Moggie.

Good Job!!. Very good idea to use the meter to check for leaks 👍I will copy that.
I may be an idea to re check the tightness of the nuts after you have used the car for a bit. The gasket can settle and the nuts loosen over time.
Getting to the one middle nut is a pain I used a 1/4 drive ratchet with a swivel extension, saved a few choice words aimed at the manifold designer!!!

I'll check them in a few weeks time - using it daily for a while so it's getting a chance to temperature cycle and 'bed-in'.
