- We need to be bold, we need to be innovative, and we need to take advantage of this unique moment to create a transformational project not only for our fans, but for Cleveland, the Northeast Ohio region and the State of Ohio. While significant work remains, the more we have explored the Brook Park option, the more attractive it has become, and we are excited to share the current vision with you

I personally like it. The surrounding buildings, the paths and the design of the interior and exterior look amazing in my eyes!
vote trump or it will not happen
@@bradk7048 I don’t wanna bring politics into football
I’m not a Browns fan but I gotta say it could be the nicest stadium I’ve seen, very modern and clean it’s beautiful, that final shot is amazing
As a lifelong Browns fan even I have to say if the Haslam's want this they need to foot the entire bill, they can afford to especially since they sold their remaining ownership in FlyingJ if they still need more to build they can partner with other private equity investment. No more taxpayer funding of private sports stadiums/arenas, priorities are heavily misaligned and are now borderline criminal/extortion with this, enough is enough. Current stadium still has roughly 70 million remaining on the current mortgage that Cleveland is on the hook for.
Haslam's can go pound salt, even KC was recently told no publicly funded new stadium.
😮Lol
Agreed
And that my friend is how you end up with the San Antonio Browns.
This is a terrible idea. First of all, they’re the worst team in football, have terrible management, and they already have a relatively new stadium. What a massive waste of money and resources. Why not put this money toward better infrastructure for our community?
Second, are the designers aware of the danger this level of glass will pose to the millions of birds who annually move through the area?
This would be atrocious and deadly.
You're 💯% Right on that !!!!!!!!
If Poor people are given Taxpayer money, it's called Welfare, Entitlements, etc..... and they'll say the people are lazy lowlifes
If it's given to a large company, group, organization, etc..... it's called -
"economic development", "great for the city", "job creator", etc
But in reality, it is hanging taxpayer's out to dry so the big companies, etc can make a LOT More Money with Little to No investment on their part. And except for top level management of those facilities, 95+% of the "jobs" that are "created" are Part Time, Temporary, and/or Seasonal... and ALL of Them - Low Pay, especially when compared to the huge amount of money that the Taxpayers given away to the big companies
This is gonna be huge for the city.... Itll be one of the new big artist stadiums to sell out,. Concerts, comedy shows etc... theyll have superbowls here. Its pretty cool.
it’s not even in the city
@@dawgsprodz614 close enough! 10 minutes from downtown
@@Tek1014media yeah ig, id rather keep the current stadium bc we have season rcikets
@@dawgsprodz614 I mean it’s right across from the airport so close enough.

Build it please. Brooks Park looks nice
No! It's not Cleveland.
@@edwardgaines6561Then tell the City of Cleveland to up their offer. $461 million over 30 years is insulting. A stadium renovation will still need complete replacement in 15-20 years. They should build this and move to Brook Park.
@@edwardgaines6561it's literally 100yards from the Cleveland border and used to be Cleveland land.
I want this now!!! God this looks amazing! The season ticket holders and the fans that stuck through all the worst teams and regimes deserve this!! !!!!!
The PSL is going to be so much money
@@joshbarzal7674 worth it to be comfortable and have an amazing stadium to host all the various events and bring in money to the area
@@joshbarzal7674 Pumpkin Spice Lattes will prob be expensive at the stadium for sure 😉
You dare disrespect the heritage of this STORIED FRANCHISE by CALLOUSLY UPROOTING IT from its birthplace? For shame! You are not a proper fan. 😢
Heck yeah!
Looks nice but sad to see the current stadium getting demolished... 😢I like the location of the current stadium better
agreed but you could never do this in that location just not enough room
The current location is awful. 😂
@@Find.list.ship66 it’s awful, but it does have some history
People think the reason the Browns stunk all these years is because there's no dome. Good God, they are gullible!
This is going to make going to games for the next couple of years more important. Browns games won’t ever be the same in a few years.
I attended a few Steelers games at the old Browns stadium in the early 90s and loved the atmosphere, lake chill and all. It's sad that the once great outdoor sport of NFL football is now becoming an indoor sport. More and more teams want roofs, and I think it's a shame that most games will appear plastic and artificial instead of blending in with the natural elements. I understand revenue and all that jazz, but I guess basketball arenas aren't big enough for concerts and other events these days? Gotta keep up with the (Jerry) Jones's and heaven forbid it gets cold or players get grass stains or dirt on their uniforms. The league is too pretty and political now, and it's a bore.
True
I agree with all of this and i don't like it either.
I tried to fight it for the longest time. But was it last year or two years ago the Saints came here and it was absolutely freezing. 10 20 below with windchill and the dome team from New Orleans came in here and beat us in the cold.
I said that's it. This isnt an advantage for us anymore like it used to be. These kids today arent built like those guys from when we were younger. It is what it is.
And i cant lie that dome with the glass roof so we still get the Sun on Sunday afternoons is pretty sweet. I aint mad at it.
Times change i guess we gotta deal with it.
College will still be outdoors.
I’m not spending a fortune to freeze my ass off. Staying at home means I don’t have to wait in the bathroom line for 30 minutes, get all possible tv angles, can eat what I want, etc. I need to be incentivized to go to the game. A dome allows this to happen.
💯 %
It looks like a combination of a megachurch and shopping mall.
Not so sure it'll even happen based on current situations globally . Should be stock piling
It kinda is both those things
The Cleveland Browns is pretty much a church/religion in Cleveland.. services available most Sundays..
And then counseling available on Mondays 😆🤣
I'm sure Haaslam is getting his money off the top like his "trucker rebates."
Compared to what we have now…it’s nirvana.
I just visited the Browns current stadium and where it sits while driving to Niagara Falls from Oklahoma . I love where it sits .
Love the concept with all the natural light. Tear down the current stadium and put this on the lake.
Uhhh. Where do you suggest they play for years, while its being built on Lake?
In Brook Park, Haslams gets the rent from office space, restaurants, hotels, shops & parking and pays no rent to Cleveland. If they stayed, they get none of that. They are leaving and I don't blame them. Mayor Bibb dropped the ball.
@aleneweese5146 they can either remodel the training facility first, then use that while downtowns is being built
Or they can build the new stadium in a different spot by the old stadium, then move to the new stadium and tear down the old one. And then they cud build all the extra retail buildings and stuff once the old stadium is down.
No, you must not be from NE Ohio. The lease isn’t up till 2028 for the stadium there are many years to go.
Fantastic concept but the roof may have some issues with winter snow loads ..particularly in the valleys. May be a good idea to wither rework the roof line or some kind of heating elements to melt excess snow if they went with the pictured design. Also i agree keeping it downtown is best.
Apparently every team wants an allegiant stadium
That stadium is basic compared to SoFi
no words but this is way beyond awesome!!!!!
The renderings are always better than what the project will actually look like in the end
Maybe in the 90’s but they’re nearly identical these days
This looks incredible
Never tapped faster
From a Steelers fan in Ohio. I would love to see this happen
Looks amazing
From San Diego. And I still go Chargers games at Sofi Stadium in L.A. Having been born and raised in the Cleveland area, and still a Browns fan, I would love to see this plan go forward. P.S. Can't wait to see the Browns/Chargers, later this fall 👍
Incredible! I hope that politicians don't muck it up and fight and screw it up. It would be an awesome addition to Cleveland. Year around entertainment, possible Final Fours, Super Bowls, Concerts and Huge Events. That will generate Billions for the Region. Everyone will benefit for a facility that can be used more than a dozen times a year.
Looks great
I can’t wait to go!
This is beautiful
Hehe all the opening scenes are downtown
It's also funny how one of the last downtown pics showed the "end racism" in the end zone then they switch to brook park 😂😂smdh
I can't believe you put the wig on Finn😂😂
For all of you saying football should be played outdoors, you can have that. I moved to Florida to get away from all of that cold and gray. I'm not sure what people like about that. But I definitely will fly home to cheer on the Browns in a warm nice indoor stadium where I can focus on the game rather than trying to keep myself warm and comfortable. And as a Browns fan, I felt pretty jealous living here in Tampa seeing that Tampa was able to host the super bowl. It will be great to see my hometown get the excitement and spectacle that I experienced here in Tampa. This is a very smart decision!
Look at last night's Bills/49ers game. Epic. Why? The snow, the elements. Collinsworth and Tirico constantly mentioning how awesome the game and atmosphere was due to the elements. I have been to numerous NFL domed stadiums (drab, grey, echoey) and none of them compare to the outdoor game day experience.
When my Raiders come here for a visit, I’ll be there.
For the people saying no dome. No dome=no Super Bowl host.
This stadium is just a $2.2 billion dollar participation trophy. You can lose EVERY GAME and still think you’re a winner.
Ok. I'm sold
No dome stadium keep the team outside
That is not smart. A dome attracts other events too, all year around. Get the most bang for your buck. I scratched my head wondering why we didn’t do this with the last stadium.
What you mean you know how much many they will be making with the new location
Looks great why do we need a new one , as a former Clevelander I suffered with the municipal stadium.- 55 degrees below with the wind! Any of you did that? In January. Go browns ❤
Yes I have!!
We need a new one too!! It’ll change the game is played that’s forsure. Esp for our brownies. No more freezing cold games, players getting hurt bc of so and all the other reasons playing in a dome is beneficial!! I love the new vision and hope it comes to fruition !
Looks like a futuristic barn. I’m glad it would be getting used for other venues but one thing is for certain. Cuyahoga County really needs to put more money into fixing the roads around 17 and Snow/Pearl/Bagley etc.
Looks awesome, get bumped up the list to host a superbowl Just make sure a statue of Jim Brown is there front and centre.
Detroit moved two of their teams to the suburbs (Lion's & Pistons). Now, they are back in the city (Detroit) again. Cleveland don’t make the same mistake Detroit did. Keep the action downtown. You have good transit options in the downtown area, too.
I wish Mike Brown would build a new stadium in Cincy since we paid for the last one
I'm going to miss being an outside team so much, shame more people don't share that.
I’m sorry, but even us diehards aren’t going to really miss freezing our ass off for decades and losing. It’s a new era now.
Nah, the younger generation is SOFT
@@royaldawg7568 something tells me you don’t even go to games
Browns football was meant to be played in an outdoor stadium by the lake!! That looks like a damn shopping mall. What's wrong with what we have??? Nothing!
@@rickgray2465it’s lame. Minnesota is the gold standard. Jimmy Haslam has Jerry Jones money.
Wow this is one of the most incredible modern stadium designs I've ever seen perhaps even the best!!! Plus it has a whole town around it which looks super interesting too and takes it to another level compared to most other modern stadiums. We have the most loyal passionate fans in the NFL and I think we deserve a stadium a stadium of this caliber. With how loud our fanbase is a stadium of this size would be deafening especially with a dome. Also we can be one of the top destination stadiums in America for many other major events. Finally getting to host a superbowl is a legit possibility with this stadium.
It's awesome to host The Super Bowl. 😀👍🏈
Only way for that to EVER happen and we knew it before they broke ground in '96.
And do you think you can afford SB tickets?
@@robertprice6830 if they ever hosted and someone from Ohio didn’t have to fly to another state to see it. Wouldn’t that save a shit ton of money in accommodations? Maybe at the point he could. What do you care who could or couldn’t go? It’s money coming in for the state.
Looks amazing, the team, the fan base, and the state deserve a complex like that.
How long do you think it will be before you actually can experience this. Maybe three to four years. Does’nt happen overnight. Absolutely crazy idea. Since you have such a beautiful
area now.
this is awesome thank you

As long as the browns pay for all of it they can build it
And parking lots as far as the eye can see is a great use of land 🤦♂️
Taxes gonna be crazy in ohjo
Love the look of it. I’d be a little worried about the shape of the roof. Snow fall in this area could pose a big risk.
Dear Jimmy and Dee, If you build it they will come! They all will!
WOOO LFG! Let's do it. I'll buy season tickets for the kids and I if this happens, for sure.
That said, PLEASE get underground parking/parking garages by the stadium instead of just absolutely massive lots...
Fire but wee need to keep downtown one..😢
That’s nice
Can’t believe it… no more Browns football in Cleveland until the next couple years.
Yeah that 5min distance between this stadium and Cleveland is a travesty and they can no longer be considered in Cleveland because an imaginary line made up a hundred years ago.
The IDEA of a glass roof is fantastic. But I sure hope y'all have set aside extra money for the air conditioning. You do realize you have basically built a green house. Having said that, it should be nice and cozy during the winter.
Looks🔥🔥
I’m a fan. I think this would also bring in tons of money for this area and city and build up the near by cities
All they have to do after that is give old Hopkins Airport a new look
If you want the outdoor experience just go to the games when they play cinny and pitts. If your going to build a new stadium it only makes sense to build it indoors. You can use year round. Plus the Browns play horrible in bad weather just a couple years ago a bad raiders team beat them when weather was an issue. You also have the issue with injuries in bad weather, nothing like loosing a 15 mill a year player because he lost his footing in the mud. Its a different game today than 30 years ago
No this isn't Browns true football that makes cleveland so special. From montourfalls NY been a fan since 73 when I was five and it's been in the family because of our father who followed jim brown from syracuse
Times change though. Younger generations don't have that connection to browns football. It's about time for new traditions to form and Browns football to evolve. This would be great for Cleveland as a whole.
This stadium should host Super Bowl LXVI in 2032
I love it. this will be amazing for the area
That looks incredible
Looks awesome!!!
I hope it gets built.
Unless you're planning on making a 55,000 seat stadium there is no way there's going to be enough roads to get to and from it. Downtown has always been idea for that.
I hope all Cleveland fans show up on NFL opening day :)
I like how they put downtown in the distance 1:06
Would you be sharing the stadium with the Cavaliers?
We get this we can host a SB which would be huge for the city my only thing is that we wouldn’t be going downtown Cleveland anymore which is where everything else major is
I wouldn't mind my son playing in that stadium. And I'ma charger fan lol
Why does every stadium have to be dome? I'm kind of tired of it. I want more outdoor stadiums.
There's a lot of wasted, vacant, brownfield areas in the city (downtown region) that could be bought & cleaned up to build this complex - this new stadium's a great idea that should be near downtown - missed opportunity for the city if it's built in BP - city leaders need more vision - I thought Browns stadium should've been built on Scranton Peninsula as a part of the Gateway development 30 yrs ago - or now build it at Burke - or even the Wolstein Center - CSU's replacing that anyway - put a mixed-use Browns stadium there -
Brook Park it is, I guess. Yay...
What soccer team would play here?
I HATE this. Moving away from the city is the worst idea. Brooke park is already too busy with the airport and there’s not even anything else there. STAY ON THE LAKE
Getr done in Brook Park !….MUCH better for the region as a whole.
Please Keep it near downtown.
Just asking for the Math please? What's the long term payoffs vs. costs? Because it seems like we just built these 3 new stadium/arenas downtown just before the millennium..
Well the baseball and basketball stadiums are 30 years old however they were done right, from what I'm told the football stadium was rushed. Time flies when your having fun.
Why Brookpark? Can't you build it in Cleveland?
Great idea, but where would they play while it's getting built?
@@marcusjones491 They don't have to have it right on the lake, just somewhere near downtown.
Not enough room to build it there even lol there's no other viable location that they wouldn't have to pay more for. They would have to purchase land and or tear down building to build it downtown. They already own property at the brookpark location.
It's an awesome concept. It looks great I love it. However football needs to be played outdoors in the elements on a grass field.
Why are they playing in a Cybertruck
I didn’t want them to move before but they can move now
They wouldn't have prepped this video if the decision wasn't made...just stop the posturing and come out and say it!
fucking hell if they actually build this (and not some waterdown version) it would be very impressive.
I like how it ties in with the rock and roll hall of fame design. Make this happen and make Cleveland a proud place to be...we are CLEVELAND!!
Will take more than that to make Cleveland a place to be proud of. Like repairing the streets. Stopping crime. Getting kids to read and write at grade level. Now THAT would make Cleveland a place to be proud of.
@@warrenash5370 not really that shit happens in every city not just the big ones. Giving the city something bigger to rally around and build a community around that we can all unite for is what would make the city proud. Look at the turnout for the cavs parade. Over 1million people gathered for 1 cause. The stuff you mentioned should just happen and be assumed is what is happening. This is bigger then that.
My god
Yall still mad? I'm in dallas. This is more impressive than the Jerry's world. GO Browns!
Has anyone thought of the NOISE and AIR POLLUTION being so close to an AIRPORT? They already have a hard time hearing play calls and ask Browns Fans to be more quiet, have they anticipated how LOUD airplanes are going to be, when the AIRPORT will be next door??
Planes land parallel to the stadium, and it's indoors... they'll be fine lol
Can some one confirm. This looks like a retractable roof not a dome. Please tell me it’s retractable
Wow
LOVE IT!!!! :)
Keep the dog pound wall padding please I like it and it fits us. And our normal wall padding.
You've just had SummerSlam and WrestleMania is just around the corner
Anybody Watch Summerslam 2024
Build it now. Far better location. Nobody who lives in the city limits even goes to the games. They're too poor to go. As an easy sider this would be so much easier to get to. Just drive across 480 instead of having to take the rapid.
Ik the social media team doesn’t have any sway. BUT INVEST IN RAIL FROM NEW STADIUM TO DOWNTOWN PLZ :)
It's not going to be call the Cleveland browns but brookpark browns
Woww, it looks awesome. I wish the Buffalo Bills would've added an see through on the new stadium . Smdh
