I've ordered Kybers Basic Sabers, Double-Staff type, Right?, It may not have all of those Many types of Music Playin', Quotes, smooth-swing, An' all That,...why pay for a Saber that'll cost You The price of a car-note like from $300 to $3000? Just to say,...If I'd ordered one it wouldn't and never be Ultra Sabers. I'm Rollin' Wit' Kybers. I like the simplicity it offers. Nothin' Complicated.
I'm organizing a lightsaber fight club in my town and i just bought 2 mystery sabres, just bare bones as far as I know, no sound, just the lights. Shouldn't have too many issues.
I finally got me Aeon LE V5 after about 3 months wait. They completely forgot to include the free initiate saber I qualified for and my receipt shows I put the code in. Took a full month of emails to get them to send it to me. I'd say wait another week or two and if they don't respond, pull the trigger on a chargeback. Eventually if a company gets enough of those they start getting in trouble with the credit cart companies/paypal, and they literally have to get their shit together or go out of business. I've been hearing a lot of bad things about the owner of the company lately and it seems like he really needs a reality check.

this stuff is very hit or miss, i order mine and in about a week and two days it arrived in perfect condition, i wouldnt exactly recommend ultra sabers, as i was very lucky, but its no where near as bad as this usually.
You didn’t watch the video did you? This is nothing to do with having problems with the saber itself. It works fine. But I waited that long and they sent me the wrong one and their customer service sucks.

It usually takes a week to 2 weeks because it's custom so they have to build it and that's why it takes a while

File a charge back with your card company you'll get all your money back

But it the lightsaber work well and is it good quality, we know there customer service sucks
