I’m almost out of sauce and my heat tolerance has increased substantially There is no way I’d try that challenge; habanero is hot enough on its own! It’s not the mouth pain that gets you, it’s the smoldering fire in your gut a couple hours later!

I've always loved how melodramatic and over the top the narrations are, it's a food show, and the voiceovers are like it's him going into literal combat with an MMA fighter or something.
I would go outside a drink a carton of full fat milk before the challenge, that way, I am (to some degree) protected from the full-effect of the heat from the chilli sauce.
I just feel like the best possible way to eat this thing would be to just chomp it down very quickly, but then again, I’ve never done a food challenge before.

Stomach pains throughout the night in cold sweat...that night I promised myself to never eat shit that hot ever again

As someone who's made homemade hotsauce with home grown ghost peppers, Extracts are what you use when you really want to bring the pain...
