- The moment you've all been waiting so patiently for is finally here! Today I'm saying 'I Do' to my bridal makeup all over again as my good friend and makeup artist Lyndsay Zavitz recreates the magic! There truly isn't a better word to describe this recreation from my big day. From the moment I said i do (outdoors might I add) to the very end of the reception - my makeup was fresh from start to finish. Lynds did ZERO touch-ups through out the night. This is was an unforgettable look that so many people are still talking about - I knew a tutorial needed to happen. You can never go wrong with a flawless foundation, smokey eye (done right!), and nude lip. If there are any future brides out there, I totally recommend booking Lyndsay while you still can. The photos you take on your wedding day will last you a life-time so why not look and feel your best? I hope you enjoy watching this video. There are tons of tips and tricks you can take from this tutorial even if you're not getting married. I learned so much!!!

This is my favorite bridal makeup video, and just makeup application video of all time. I prefer this professional makeup over the influencer makeup. There a lot of steps and a lot more skill. this inspired my makeup at my wedding a few months ago 😍
It’s also inspiring me to do this on clients I have coming up for their weddings. It’s such a universal look that looks wonderful on all skin tones

I have regrets about my wedding day makeup. So much that I can't wait to renew our vows so I get a second chance! My skin was so dry and flaky and I didn't know how to take care of it at the time. Unfortunately my makeup artist didn't either. The makeup around my eyes looked so cakey. This is such a beautiful look!!

there's not doubt she's a talented makeup artist, your makeup is stunning! It just concerns me some of the unsanitary things she's doing. I do wedding makeup as well and the biggest thing I noticed was when she just used the mascara wand from the tube to use on you! Unless she uses a new tube every time, but disposable mascara wands are so important because they prevent bacteria from spreading from client to client and potentially causing pink eye. Also using the concealer applicators and then putting them back into concealer can spread germs. Palettes are supposed to be used for almost everything to keep everything sanitary! But I know she's a good friend of yours, so she could only be doing this since it's you. Anyways, you looked beautiful!
nakeddecisions I had the same reaction!!! Such a big no no. Even if it's her friend, those are her kit products; they're now contaminated and she can't use them on anyone else now. I hope she has insurance because if a client gets pink eye or something from her unsanitary practices she could get sued. she's such a talented artist but that was painful to watch.
nakeddecisions I think it literally is going to depend on how she sanitizes and remember the video was edited so you just see the face. I have had pink eye and used normal makeup I just had to be super careful with my sanitization, and it's entirely possible I got lucky, but it will depend on what she does off screen that would be the ultimate decision

EXACTLY!!!!! Seriously hygiene is EVERYTHING!!! Other than that, this is a perfect bridal look! Very talented! Just please tell me she gave her all those products cause you can't sanitize them.
