    Man thats so good your voice is always so chill , I really agree with everything you say, we have to understand that time doesn't stop and there will always be someone better, so we have to try hard and keep going because eventually things work out with time.
    Can you make a video how to get rid of misses in the middle of the game? It happens to me a lot recently that the misses take control of the game/practice. great vid

      If you mean missing shots, there's no way to really get "rid" of those. You can make more shots by developing your skills, but everyone misses shots, even in times when it's important to make them. That's part of the game ;) - Simon, Team DeepGame

      @@DeepGameBasketball sorry I wanted to say that the misses get in to my mind and then I can’t make a shot

      @@myiqisgone2593 Ah that makes more sense 😆 You might notice that the problem isn't that you're missing; everyone misses and still makes shots after, including you. The problem is that you're believing your thoughts about missing because you've just missed. If you start to notice this thought pattern, it'll have less of a hold on you, and eventually it won't matter at all. The key is to understand that it's not actually true that when you miss, you're more likely to miss again; that's just your thoughts tripping you up - Simon, Team DeepGame

    Hi coach i wanted to ask the mindset that i need to get in the zone or the midset of the zone in general because i play amazing and shoot amazing to when im believing in myself and locked in but i suffer from overthinking and i need help on that

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  5 місяців тому

      It's not a mindset, but more a state of being. If you try to change your thoughts to be in the zone, it won't work, because the zone is a place where you aren't really thinking. This video might help explain it for you: ua-cam.com/video/szehPDTAz78/v-deo.html - Simon, Team DeepGame
