This week we break down the Triple Threat - AKA the A-B-C and 1-2-3 of basketball - and guide you through a 10 minute workout. You will learn triple threat basketball moves and the pivot footwork. We'll also give you some elite tips that are easy to use and will take your game to the next level.
This workout is designed specifically for players in K-5th grade and older kids just starting to play.

Great tutorial! Personally on your sweep movements to the right and left, I dribble and push off the back pivot foot before the front jab foot lands, gives you a more powerful first step to blow by the defender. Instead of dragging the back pivot foot through
This "triple threat" looks more like a shot fake. In my humble opinion when done correctly, the ball should be positioned tight to the right or left side of the hip. Not in front of you for an easy steals or ball deflections.

Wonderful content. Thanks for these great 3 threat exercises! I'd assume you'd wanna do the whole exercise for the right foot pivot as well. Just suggestion, music too loud and you guys could save quite a few minutes by doing a few less reps and the walking to the camera. But, very appreciative for you vid. Thank you.
