You can tell that whenever the candidates say their age, anything over 21, the judges smile and say ‘kudos to them!’ and then make a note ‘too old, no’ 😂
I'm honestly a little shocked, but I admire their confidence. I can't imagine getting out on the floor for a professional dancing career audition with some of what we saw here. I like that DCC will let people of all ages audition and their attitude about the older women who turned out. As they said, for these women this is something many of them want to do for an experience. I'm 48 years old. I did a little bit of dancing and cheerleading, but the skill level of the dancing expected here is above my pay grade and always has been. My body is okay for someone of my age (trying to be positive here), but it isn't something I'd want to put on display as a part of my job. As for my nieces, E is already at a university on a dance team scholarship. They dance at the games and compete. I don't know a lot about it, but I know she is an incredible dancer. I know she and her sister and will genuinely stand a good chance if they audition for something like this. I say this to lead into saying I have a really good idea of just how much work goes into making a professional cheerleader. I'm sure most of these girls have been dancing since they were around age 3. It's likely they were dancing several disciplines and entered into competitive dancing at an early age. My nieces have spent more hours than a lot of people might imagine training, dancing, competing and adding to and refining their skills. They look great on the floor. They're charismatic and beautiful. Both would probably make great Rockettes as well, particularly the youngest one.
A lot of these are from the early years, other than those auditions from home. Any time recently, anyone who doesn't know what body type and dance style they want has not done their homework.
So no one is going to address that they zoom in on their stomachs like its something laughable if they aren't completely flat?? Its the small things like this that eat away at a girl's self esteem!
100%. Those women aren't even fat by any standard definition, so the camera zoning in on that is disgusting. I don't have a flat stomach and I'm super self conscious of that, even though looking at me I fall under "petite", so I can only imagine what those cameras zooming in on a literally NORMAL stomach is doing to these women and people in general.
You know I give all these ladies hundred and 10% credit they did a phenomenal job just being out there and putting yourself out there is amazing good for them

Kathy, you go woman! She did better than a lot of the younger ones.
What cracks me up is that several of these dance moves would probably thrive on tiktok 😂
A lot of these are from the early years, other than those auditions from home. Any time recently, anyone who doesn't know what body type and dance style they want has not done their homework.
The total disrespect that happened to the one auditioning from the PUBLIC bathroom is INSANE 😂😂😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣
Beside suffering with an extreme hardon while watching these auditions I have to admin DCC team members are extremely tallented.
5:50 I love Kathy 💜 she warms my heart
There's high self-esteem and then there's a complete lack of self-awareness. One is healthy.
8:36 "Is that her crack?" Kelli so nonchalant omg this had me dead
“There was one person having a total relationship with the floor”. LMAO… WMP🤣🤣🤣
I can not be the only one yelling "GET OFF THE FLOOR!"
64yo and can do the splits better than me! Respect.
Kelli has the best comments! she cracks me up as much as this ? so-called dancing! LOL
Kudos to the older ladies. Just the sheer fact they had the courage to go out and do that is amazing.
this is what i watch when im having a bad day for sure
You know I give all these ladies hundred and 10% credit they did a phenomenal job just being out there and putting yourself out there is amazing good for them
That must be hard to get out there and freestyle it like that. Respect!
I can only do a white mans chacha. These ladies are flexsible and creative. Kudos.
There should be an award for all the fake smiles on the frozen faces of the judges.
Sometimes I wonder if some of these folks ever watched the DCC before.
the judges facial expressions had me lmao atleast they had courage to go and try out ....🤷♀️😆
Oh, this is bad it's like watching a slow-motion car wreck, horrible but so hard to look away from. It's giving the golden age of American Idol. They should televise/put on youtube all of the auditions!
these people are the equivalent of toddlers who put on performances for their parents and just throw moves together😂
“The TOMATO capitol? eh” my favorite part of this whole video
Judy “what in the heck?” Then smiles really big as if she made eye contact hahah 😂
Does anyone know if the daughter from the mother daughter combo made it any further? Cause she seemed actually pretty good!
If I remember correctly she made it to training camp, but didn't make team
My fav is watching the real cheerleader trying to hold back thier laughter
This is my absolute favorite video of DCC making the team EVER!!! lol
"It happens every year. And you know their coming"🤪 love this video...😂😂
