awee man...Sweet run, man that was cutting it close...crazy. receipt holder, gas stops and photo stops only (no food stops, eat out of the gas stations), and caffeine pills (not energy drinks ) for the last two tanks (for you, not the bikes) is what we *_try_* to stick to on our 1k runs. You guys killed it man, got a helluva story and some sweet shots!
I'm sure you know this but you can be a lot easier on yourself by just Do it in May or June when there's more daylight leave at 6:00 a.m. get on an interstate and don't stop and you can be done before midnight. You hardly lose any sleep at all.
Great job guys, I have always wanted to do that ride, I have life home in Mn several times and rode my bike none stop to Waco, Tx, 1200 miles in 18.5 hours and that was just to go have a few beers with a buddy of mine there over a long weekend. I would like to know what the handle bars on your bike are and the size, I ride a 2020 Road Glide Limited and would like to change mine out. Thanks for a great video.
@@FullThrottleHOG I’m in Ohio. Going to ride down to Chattanooga, TN, get a poker chip, then turn and burn home. Been to TN numerous times, so I know a good portion of the route.
I'm in El Cajon. Really want to do one soon. Going east is just way to hot in AZ so need to go up north. Do you mind sharing your route? Was hwy 1 big sur closed?

Stop for gas at about 1040 miles and you'll be official and not have to get down to a 20-minute wire. Great job!
