CrossFit Open 23.3 Demo w/ Quarterfinal Level Athletes
Вставка
- Опубліковано 6 лют 2025
- MEN: Our target shown here has you hitting the 185# bar at the buzzer, ideally you would pace slightly faster if you want more time to comfortably hit one snatch at that bar.
TTT Coaches Max El-Hag, Mia Gianelli and Brannen Dorman talk over CrossFit Open workout 23.3 which was demoed by TTT Coaches James Turgeon and Perrin Behr. Both of these athletes are Quarterfinal level, so hopefully, this demo gives you a better gauge of how to pace compared to watching the Elites or the scaled athletes on the CrossFit stream.
TTT folks have been so helpful through the whole Open!
True true
My favorite channel for all things CrossFit open related. Or should I just say CrossFit 😂🎉
Definitely keep the voice over workout videos!! and podcasts
Love the content, finished the first 2 rounds under the t.c. Doing singles on. #95 & #135 Bars
Crushing it! Thanks for all the advice⚡️⚡️⚡️
Love the way you break these down. It’s really improved my scores
Great content, TTT. Kudos.
Great video as always 🏋️
Thanks so much TTT for these video’s!!
I am fired up for this one! Thanks for the tips!
It’s so cool to see the different skills shining at different points in 23.3.
My gf and I have been watching yalls videos since we started cf (few months) and all of the tips and tricks have helped us grow very quickly in the sport. Just finished our first open and couldn’t have felt more prepared without y’all. Thanks!
Thank you TTT for you putting these open videos together! They are incredibly helpful!!! Also…. I need a AR belt!!! 🙏🏻
Another great video. Off to do 23.3 tonight. Good luck everyone!
These two atheletes really took one for the team by doing this so early. Helped soooo much during the open! ✌️
Loved being able to watch these QF level athletes do the open workouts and hearing you guys break it down! Super helpful
THE content I trust when it comes to attacking CrossFit wods in the best possible manner.
Nice to have a target for the top 10%, thanks dudes!
i loved watching all your open wods. to have demos with relatable athletes makes so much sense and gives us normal humans a good feel for the wod.
i did 6 reps at 185 and hopefully made the cut.
Best coaches in the game!!
Really love the “regular athletes” demo! Helps so much to put what a realistic score would look like into perspective.
Completely agree.
Thanks for all the tips!
Another banger! Watching those folks get through all that is amazing.
TTT is awesome. Always giving info quickly for athletes. Love being a part of the TTT program!
being a lucky winner is one of my life goals btw
Thank you for giving tips that actually help people.
Love TTT Demos. Covers every angle analytically while also being a lil goofy. The best. Thanks team!
I hope James’ score is well above. Currently sitting 91st percentile and I did not even make it to the 185 barbell. 38 dubs in 3rd round. I plan to make it there but idk if I will get a snatch. Snatch max is 225 but 185 feels like a house after all that
Found the TTT wealth of information this year. Thanks for all of the content
These videos are my early barometer for Open pacing/coaching for my athletes. Super helpful!
Great information. Interested to know how the vertically challenged athletes (like me) are adapting to the new wall walk standard. Takes me an extra “step” to the wall.
Great content, send one of the pood belts to Brazil :)
Love getting to watch and listen tips and tricks to get through this sneaky workout! ❤
Great content! Love how down to earth TTT is 🙌🏻
Thanks guys!!
So helpful!
Excellent video... give me that belt!
Going to use these tips and get as far as I can! Thank you for all the awesome breakdowns for each open workout!
Thank you for all the helpful tips and awesome content for this years open!
Thanks for all of the tips on all of the open workouts. They've helped me out a lot.
I am ready to do the 23.3, never been more excited!
Y’all da best 🤘
Congrats on the belt winners! 👏
Looking forward to this one!
Thanks a lot for these great tips! Trying to reach QF for the first time this year 🙏
Love all the metrics!
“Regular athletes” lol. Maybe strict HSPU is just a bad movement for me but these two absolutely blitzed those like they were pros. I’ll be lucky to get through 20 strict in three minutes.
Excited to start off season prep!
@pehbehr is so strong!
Lesgooooo!!! Always appreciate your tips TTT crew.
Love this vid! Getting pump to hit the wod tomorrow!!
Always great tips and strategies! Even though I’m not doing it do to injury, when I finally get to try after recovered, all this info will be great to tackle it! Thnx again!!
Love watching your Open content!
Thanks again!! Killing it
These have been super helpful videos.
Great video!
That was great. So ready to through with the open😅
Great Video 🔥
Love the tips. I've been making my husband watch, it helps with his pacing.
Thanks for the tip from Italy!
That's a tight jump roping from James! My goal one day!!
Love this guys thanks. So helpful 🏋🏼
Thanks for the video! Any warmup suggestions?
Thank you all so much
Thanks for the videos and advice guys
Had about 90 seconds on the final barbell, managed to hit 1 rep and then went on to miss 5 reps. That shoulder fatigue was no joke!!
Raptis will crush this workout
Love the videos and thanks for all the good advice
Where’s the lion @ Dave Castro?!
Thanks for the tips!!! You are the best
Gimme that belt!
Hope you feel better soon Brannan!
Are we really saying those athletes were "scaled"!? The guy in the games demo video is was top 5% worldwide last year, and sitting comfortably in the top 10% this year.
Great workout everyone!
Hell yeah some Deftones and Alexis let's go!
It’s gonna be a spicyyy oneee
Great video and tips! Thanks y'all
It's a workout for the quaters, not for the Open. The problem is more than half of the registred athltetes will be frustrated. I'll do it for my own but as a sign of protest, i think i won't enter my score. Putting Ring MU at the end of 23.1 had a double-sens : it was a good separator and those you could managed it were justly rewarded. But 23.3 ? Pay 20 dollars 5/10 Wwalks, DU if you can and a few snatches ? Open means OPEN !
Can't wait to see Alexis' attempt with those WWs and HSPU!
0:40 finish 2nd round at 5:30, hit 1 hspu every 9 seconds (20x9 = 180 = 3min). You're at 8:30 then, maybe enough time for DU, but how did you get "1 min for snatches"?
Nah you right. It should have said remaining time.
Love seeing these videos 🤩
Gimme da belt
eheh
Alexis for the W!!!!! LFG!!!!!
Do we think you'd get dinged for kicking off your shoes off before the strict HSPU? Socks have less friction against the wall than rubber soles and would probably make them easier. The movement standards and workout description don't say you have to wear shoes for it. Obviously, this is perilous if you think you'll make it back to the DU but I'm confident the workout will end there for me.
Hi! Question. For someone like me, who's heavy, who can hit 10 shpu on a GOOD day, is it recommended I sprint the first part and then give myself a better tiebreak/more time to accumulate the hspu?
Pick me to the belt!!
Go Alexis!
Great stuff!
Thanks for this!
Alexis is going to crush this!
My thought exactly when the workout was announced - this is made for her!
TTT is da bomb. Also, belt belt belt belt beeeeelt me up
Go Mia!
Hopefully I get into round of 225...:(
This open was humbling
Nice content love it
Good luck for those who targeting to be in the 10%! My biggest expectation is to snatch 135lbs just one time 😆
I want the belt!
love it! Give me the belt! 👀😅
#PICKME 🦄
It’s gonna be a spicy oooonnnneeee 🌶️
Love the video than you! ❤
I want a new belt!! 😝
