    Thanks for another informative video.The footpeg issue is interesting.I will see how i go with the standard pegs,if they are no good,luckily I have the old foot pegs of my Honda which are the same as the ones you put on your MT700.I have ordered the rear rack to for my bike,have had no notice when i will get it.Hopefully won’t have to wait to long !

      Yes I found the original footpegs with the bulky rubber too big and close to the gear lever so my boot had trouble getting in the right position. I tried the Kawasaki Versys foot pegs but the pin size was 12mm, the CFmoto and Honda are 8mm which are closer in design. I used a file to take off some metal to allow the Honda pegs to swing up and down and they seem ok. I am sure later in time we will see more bits for these bikes on the market. But thanks again for your comments.

    Thanks for the vid. I got my 700MT, and was told that, with the CF Moto ride app. You are able to get navigation arrow's in the dash. However I got my phone connected and visable in the screen, but won't see any navigation. Did you get it working?

      I tried the app but found no benefit other than it’s tracking software so I disconnected my bike from the app and only use the phone separately to the dash and app. Thanks for watching

    Did the grabhandle at the back come as standard? It looks bigger than the one in the showroom Ive seen.

      No it's the standard one but I am waiting on the CFmoto rack to arrive from Aliexpress, thanks for watching.

    Hi! I'm in the market for a new 700 MT and maybe you can help the new owners with some advice. What about the engine heat? I can see from other videos the cooling fan is very noisy and it starts quite often. Do you feel any discomfort by the engine heat? Is the chain quality so poor and it needs adjustments every 500 km (as another owner states). And the 1 mil$ question: Would you buy it again?

    • @Adrian.B01
      @Adrian.B01 4 місяці тому +1

      And another question. Is this the 82cm or 84cm seat? I saw the 84 has a different material at the tip of the seat. I would guess this is the 82, or?

      @@Adrian.B01 Look overall the bike is good, handles and stops well. Good linear power and lots of torque but yes the fan does work a lot and it bothered me at first because I have never experienced thermatic fans running so much. There is no heat issue. After a while I don't notice it like I did. The seat is the lower seat on the video. As for the chain I think it could do with some adjustment but I have done over 2000clicks so at the start I would expect more stretching but it looks ok. I am overdue for the first service because my dealer is busy so I will see if they adjust it. I hope that helps. I think the looks of the bike are great along with functionality and price is too good to ignore but I would rather buy a bike with a lower seat to suit me because I have dropped at a stop. Thanks for watching.

    Hello. Can you tell me your fuel consumption? On my 700 mt I have 7.8 Liters per 100 km = 30.16 U.S. MPG. It's in the city, but even that seems like a lot to me.

    • @motorbright
      @motorbright  5 місяців тому +1

      4.5 lt to 100klms is my average fuel consumption. It’s pretty good I think. Hope that helps.

    If you talked about me ( David) I am from Czechia 👍🏻 ( central europe) And There should be no adjustment but some screw that need to be tighten because maybe it went Loose. Let me know if it helps. And I have top case from shad And also mounting from shad ( same as for 650mt)

      Yea thanks David, my bike shop is busy and booked in my bike end of February for a service so I will get them to fix it under warranty. I saw the Shad top boxes but found a cheap Chinese metal top box which looks like the more expensive Givi boxes. I bought it for less than $100 Australian and it bolts on the rack and stays there. The Shad can be removed from the plate so I got worried it may get stolen. Thanks for confirming your country, I am Greek myself in Australia. Thanks again for your comments.
