Silent Hunter4 Disastrous Torpedo Attack.

I miss half the torpedoes despite having an advantageous approach and good weather, a torpedo duds at some point and I am forced to surface and engage in an artillery duel with merchant ships which causes damage to my submarine. Additionally 2 aircraft attack whilst I am surfaced.
In the end I manage to destroy both merchant vessels but at a great and unnecessary cost.
