    Any cop that interferes with bodycam audio immediately should forfeit any defense. Interfering with an officer is the biggest pile of bullshit charge ever. They literally could not articulate a charge when they had him handcuffed in the back of a cop car. Keeping him in jail was retaliation. That’s fine, once that charge gets tossed; time to bring on the lawsuit.

    • @watchinit6530
      @watchinit6530 2 роки тому +5

      Karena Z, Yep, "interferring" is one of their preferred "go to" charges. Another one is "I smell drugs", after which they bring in a canine and encourages the dog to indicate a "hit" by using a verbal and/or physical gestures (hand signals, etc).

      if your interfering with a police officer then most likely the incident will escalate further since the police officer's focus is on you instead of the thing they are trying to do

    So were complaints made against the corrupt cops? Surely their sergeant, on seeing this footage, would realise he had no wriggle room & would be forced to discipline them. No point in going to through the IA process. Generally, you wait for an interminably long time to then find out that they believe there was no case to answer. Only when cornered with undeniable proof do they 'take action' by slapping their fingers.

    • @neilmacdonald5934
      @neilmacdonald5934 2 роки тому

      @@lady4191 Now that's where you're wrong (technically). All the complaints remain on their records, upheld or otherwise. And they mount up to form a pattern, be it an individual, a shift, a station, a county, or whatever. Fairly recently I watched a YT vid where a complaint was lodged & it was discovered that the cop had somehow racked up 93 complaints & 12 lawsuits! He was fired when they realised. So it can work in the long term, but I agree that it's a rarity in the short term. However if people keep complaining, hits will be made if behaviours are not changed.

    He had no problem when he spoke to the white drivers ,his conversation with them was "Oh matter of factually and low key with a presumption of guilt for the black man .When the young man got out of the fire rescue truck and he walked towards the officer who was searching his car, He asked him what was he doing in his car the officer explodes and immediately turned him around and put him in hand cuffs . When he spoke to the white men in the other car it was almost jovial in nature ,there was no search of their car ,all things being equal they should have requested to search both cars .One of the white men made the statement that the black man was a turd etc and the officers response was a sort of smirk he turned around and went for the young black man very aggressively . All things being equal the police should have acted objectively which they didn't .They immediately went after this Black man with anger and aggression,within 15 seconds they had him in hand cuffs hell! even a blind man could have seen , the bias these police men used when dealing with Mr. Hill.

    Sue the hell out of them Denver police thinks there invincible they break the law's on a regular basis. it's been videoed countless times and the new recruit's are worst because they think they have to prove something. All police in Denver are the same law breaker's they think everyone is a criminal.
