These are fantastic men. They are gorgeous, funny, kind and unafraid to do things which aren't stereotypical. They teach people that no matter what society tells you that you should be doing, you really should be focusing on what keeps you healthy, happy and comfortable which yourself. This show has taught me a lot about myself and also how not to judge people immediately because they could be a great human being if we just cared to look. It also taught me to be careful about what I say to people because I can really hurt them which is something I never intended to do. I really love this show and these people.

Apparently he melts ice cubes on his face & it reduces bumps & redness
ice cubes will certainly slow down your circulation temporarily and reduce irritation and inflamation. It won't really help that much with skin care, you need to understand what causes the symptoms. You simply want to exfoliate (for instance with salicylic acid) and moisturise with a simple light moisturiser, and a high spf suitable sun screen. If needed you can hydrate with hyalorinc acid, and use any treatments. You don't want to use anything from the high street with any price tag, you just want the most popular brands for the specific function. Nothing else matters unless you believe in magic stuff, in which case ignore this.
