Antoni is behaving exactly how I would be if I were in this situation. His nervous chatter and humility around Carla is seriously relatable af. It's uniquely enjoyable to see a food person in a food setting but still out of their comfort zone. Though at the same time, it's also painful to watch him here because I can feel his anxiety.

That’s interesting, I always follow the Ina Garten method of heating the milk first in the microwave but I’ve never had lumps. I guess it doesn’t really matter

That's pretty depressing and so it's not difficult to see how that can really affect someone's mental health. In the HRC's anti trans violence report from 2018, they found a number of trends that indicate people who are trans experience significantly high rate of discrimination in the workplace, within the family, and at school. Over 50% of trans people have experienced violence from an intimate partner, and 47% have been sexually assaulted. In the 2018 LGBTQ youth report, it was found that only 25% of LGBTQ youth receive support from their families. Anyway, the list goes on, but my point is that you can't call homosexuality a brain disease and then wonder why people who identify as such feel depressed.

Downside of induction stove is that it only works with steel pots or pans.
Or cast iron, as they're using in the video-anything magnetic. No copper, aluminium or glass, but mixed metals work as well.
