If it was the Lazarus group who did the hack..then why is there a Filipina bank manager charged for the heist? Is she a member of the group? It didn't show in the Senate hearings in the Philippines..
Maia Santos-Deguito, a bank manager, was tricked into opening 4 fake client accounts which received $81 million. She then transferred it all into a 5th account, and some of it was laundered in a casino.
She was sentenced to four to seven years in prison on each of 8 counts of violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act. She was fined a total of $109 million. Her appeal in April 2023 was dismissed.
For not being a Bangladeshi but as a person, I think North Korea is a piece of disappointment on this earth! Shame on you North Korea.
