Oh my god, I've just discovered I'm a yacht snob!!! I watched the video and thought, no ensuite to the master, no day heads and only two cabins - that's not the boat for me. I'm off outside to have a strong word with myself! Thanks, Nick.
Me: "Oh, those are trim tabs. See this here, bow thrusters. Ice is here, bbq and sink there as you see. All this wood? It's teak. Teak." You: "Wow, you know a lot about boats, do you sail?" Me: "Would not have a clue, Nick hasn't shown us that but would you look at these soft closing doors, amazing. Now, let's carry on."
James, I have zero intention of ever buying a boat or watercraft so why am I watching these? Curiosity should have been sated by now so I don't think it's that. I don't know.
I just do it because it relaxes me. Sometimes saturday morning I wahtch them videos with my kids...they like the channel..."hey dad, when are you gonna buy one" :))).
This was a nice little birthday surprise for me. One of the first things I see on getting up...a new post from AQUAHOLIC. Now that just made my day. Thank you Nick for a nice birthday present.
IMHO, I think it's one of the most practical boats I've ever seen on your channel. It reminds me of hatchback cars. They will not be the largest, nor the most luxurious, nor the most beautiful, but they are perfect. They do everything and they never leave you wrong. Thanks for share
As always Nick never fails to give us just that gentle, direct, entusiasttic, light hearted, smiling and thorough guided tour. So relaxing with the company of a quality beer on a friday evening. Thanks
Hey Nick, your passion in your videos really inspired me to make my own videos (I don't do much, I just post part of my bikerides) I've discovered your channel before lockdown and I got completly addicted to it, you make me forget about what we are all going through right now and I am very grateful for that !
Nice boat! Not best choice for touring the Med for a week or two, but for a weekend would be pretty good. It's got everything one needs! Thanks for the tour!
I am impressed how they made the whole layout in the Galeon 335 HTS. Really like the many windows placed in the deck and the hull making the space down under in the front of the boat looking so spacious. Great tour Nick as always, Aquaholic style, very detailed and with great explanations from you. 👍👍👍
I really like this particular one & loving the Yacht Tours around this sort of price range. (Do stick in a 10+ Mill one in though, every now & again!). Cheers for all the good work you do.
Nick I love this channel so much. As someone from the US State of North Dakota, I'm as far away from any of the oceans as you can be, in fact I've never even seen the ocean before in my life! I would have never thought I would enjoy viewing all these boating tours, but Im deeply in love. Just by watching, I feel the urge to buy a boat and travel the seas. Now only if I had money and lived near the seas.
Your videos are easy to follow even for the uninitiated, and you take a little time (without being redundant) to explain your craft while most of the other channels only bluff in marine jargon intended only for a few... perhaps that explains your legions of fans.. you're single handendly responsible for increasing the market size of potential new boaters.. keep up the good work Nick!!!! 👍
Sunsets are red, The Oceans are Blue, Nick's got another Great Video for you. Really nice example of what's available at the smaller/cheaper end, and fantastic tour, as usual! And thanks, as usual!
Nice little craft. Compact and bijoux. I do hope that rusty ladder had a suitable risk assessment though. Seemed a bit creaky. Thank you Nick for a great video xxx
Nice, very nice. Good price point and a surprising amount of space inside and out. All the bells and whistles, no silly expensive fluff, manual sunroof - clever solution, lots of storage for ketchup. All in all, a cracking little boat that offers alot for the money and size. White bag, classic performance, discreet, it's all about the boat. Brilliant tour as always, thank you. Champagne under the bar for the new owner, nice touch and one in the gallery, cool. Take care of yourself and stay safe. 👍👍👍🚢🛥☠⛴🛳⚓🚤⛵😎
I'm sure you really do take in to account what people say on here, I mentioned on the 305 that I didnt like the fact it was open to the elements...and here we are you got straight in there and let us know you can cover the back up. Nice one Nick. love this boat.
During these troubled times, I'm glad to have a channel like your on my FAVORITES list, and I with MORE THAN ANYTHING... I had a "Predator 78" on lake Superior, I could aim it to the East, go through a few Locks...tool down the East Coast, stoping for food and fuel ONLY...Get down around the Florida Keys and relax for LIFE...Far away from ANY News Papers, or cable news networks!!!!
While all Galeon boats are good looking and have interesting solutions, I find I like the smaller boats best. They really seem to bring a bit of extra style and cleverness to the "sub-40" class and this is a great example of just that! Lovely boat and a great tour! As always! :)
This is a really nice boat for a small family and doesn’t cost a king’s ransom for a change. This thing is actually quite affordable for a boat and by the look of it very good value for money. Great video as always 👍
Midday Friday! Spreadsheets for work? Bo***cks to that! It’s Aquaholic Time!!!! Thanks Nick and great boat at great value! Have a great weekend! Now back to the spreadsheets!
I can't help but quote ... "I may not be the first, I may not be the last but when I see an aquaholic video, I click fast." ... thanks for the tour Nic. 💕
I’ve started waiting for your wave every time you pass a mirror 😁👋 Great tour of a very neat boat. Plenty in there for a get’at’able 33’er. Thanks Nick 👍
You should do some boat training videos! We got our first boat late last year and have our first week on it next week - limited opportunity for training due to covid so might end up being a static floating caravan holiday!
Really appreciate the ingenuity that goes into providing everything that much larger yachts have without having a "crammed in" look or feel. I also was pleased to notice what I often look for, something which imo should be a standard feature on smaller beam yachts is the one piece windshield. Looks near new, likely only couple years old and priced well enough this won't be difficult to sell, it's too nice not to.
Also I just want to complement you, you're very good at what you do. You are the only channel I've seen so far which gives a proper uncut first-person perspective of a walkthrough. You also have this uncanny ability to know exactly what's what. I couldn't count the amount of times that you've somehow known that a closet is super spacious or that there's a hidden drawer, hidden features, it's almost like you're a salesperson who knows their specific product - except you literally know all products top/down. Cheers!
I know it's probably PERCEPTION doing it's distorting thing, but, the smaller the Yacht, the more features there seem to be. Perhaps it's because all that "stuff" is in a smaller area? OR, because there is precious little room, so they have to make the best of every inch. Either way, this boat that appears tiny on paper, is really a full featured vessel. Weekends, long holiday cruises, shared with friends and family. Galeon has done a right proper job with this. Thank you for sharing...
I think Galeons, in particular, are really good at using space though even on their larger boats. if you compare the 680 fly and the Sunseeker Manhattan 68 the 680 fly hands down wins for its use of the space and in my opinion, value for money.
Loving all of these Galeon reviews Nick!! They are one of my favourite boat builders, hope there are more to come?! Great job as per usual with the commentary :)
Love your channel. Galeon actually produces the smallest and the most inexpensive fly bridge still in production ever , the Galeon 300 fly, powered by a single VP stern drive. Hope very much to see an Aquaholic video on it. Thanks
Hi Auqaholic, i love your content you aren’t just showing the luxouires boat but also give great info. I’m 14 years old builing up my boat carreer 😂. Just recent bought a “placom 360” very happy with it. Ita nothing in comparrison with these boat but still i love it. Sorry if i make some mistakes in the writing, i’m form the netherlands
Just have spent the last two days practicing my docking maneuvers for my test next week on a smaller Galia. Wonderful two days on the water. I will anyhow never ever see the cover of the fusion stereo as anything else than a small model boat, on which he was explaining the physics of gliding ever again. :-D The elevated part actually does have the shape of a covered helm position.
That's a lot of boat fitted into 33ft. Can't say there is anything I don't really like, certainly a stlye I would look at if the pennies were in the bank. Thanks for the tour Nick.
A boat I might consider buying when it depreciates after 4/5 years! Great review, love the super yachts but also really enjoy the ‘affordable’ boats I might own one day too.
Love your videos. Been down on the Missouri side of Bull Shoals Lake and I now have a better understanding of the boats I see at the marina. Makes me aspire to own a boat myself and has really informed my passenger experience. Keep up the good work my friend 😄👍🏽
Thanks for the tour. The Galeon 335 is a beautiful boat for price and size. Everything seems logically placed. Lines of the boat are sleek looking too. I am not familiar with the Galeon brand and will have to check them out.
Seen so many other boat tours on UA-cam but these make me think about what it might be like to own these. When I buy my new boat I want Nick as my broker.
Great video... again! Would be lovely to see a video of one of the more bigger models of Galeon like a 470/510 with the movable sidewalls on the aft deck, because they look really nice on the website.
Friendly reminder to the comunity: Watch the videos till the very end, untill the ad for the next one appears. It's very useful. I'm sure Nick would agree on that! :D
Whilst I’ve been away from work for a few weeks I’ve overloaded on your videos. Love the one when you went for 48 hrs to Mallorca. Just a thought that no ones mentioned yet. Say I bought a princess Y78 and wanted to crew myself but kept it in Mallorca. I don’t like cleaning now so certainly wouldn’t if I could buy a £3 million boat. Are there boat cleaning/valeting companies around the marinas? Just so I know if the lottery comes in. Cheers.
AQUAHOLIC . I don’t want common people on my boat thank you. 😁. I thought there must be something like that. I can sleep easy now. Cheers. I noticed you’ve got an slk as well. I bought the 320 on an 03 plate. I’ve loved the shape of the original since it first came out. £40k new and I paid 1/10 th of that. I’d wanted to tour through the French countryside in a convertible since I was 7 years old, so 2 years ago (48 years later ) we did it. A great car and hopefully we’ll tour the alps down to Monaco next year.
A lovely vessel in many ways, but the trouble with these sorts of boats is they fall between two stalls imo. They are quite expensive and without a flybridge they lack something. This one has a cool(ish) style and is no doubt attractive in the water, but one could do better. Personally I would either find alittle more cash to get into and f/b model or go for a year or two old larger vessel. I made this error some years ago and would always urge much thought. However I can see this model suiting certain niche requirements...just not mine! Another superb review Nick, what would we all do without you?!
This is exactly what I thought, you spend a lot of money (227K) and still it is, just not ... I dont know, I just wouldnt feel happy on this one. For this kind of money I think I'd buy a nice sailer, motorboats in this class just dont do it for me, and I like sailing, so more sailboats please ;)
I think Galeon are my favourite ship builders! I would love to have this boat and to spend a few months of the year literally living on it and sailing around the med. It's a shame they didn't manage to squeeze a washer dryer into it somewhere.
Galeon typicly doing thing different but stil what a space on 33 ft. And what a brightess down in the cabin. Doesn't feel like sitting somewhere stuck down in a kind of basement.
Cool boat, i like it. Love these entery level motor yachts from 30 to 37 foot. This one in particular, very nice. Especially the interior is so nicely done. The outdoor deck looks as i would expect. By the way, when you walk through the deck area on this boat that reminds me of how spacious the deck of your 805 leader actually is, considering the length of this Galeon is 2 meters bigger. Great boat this is nonetheless. And your beard suits you really well makes you seem like a proper boat captain.
This is the only channel where I press like before even watching the video. I know it will be good.
Oh my god, I've just discovered I'm a yacht snob!!! I watched the video and thought, no ensuite to the master, no day heads and only two cabins - that's not the boat for me. I'm off outside to have a strong word with myself! Thanks, Nick.
A pleasure! 🙂

£227,000 makes this boat very “get-at-able”. I wasn’t expecting two berths and a proper galley at this size or price. Bravo!
I think this an extremely compact and great value boat, absolutely love it. Thanks Nick 😀
You're welcome! :)
Nick, what is the gross tonnage?
A great improvement would be if it had sliding doors as it makes it seem much larger

Lovely thanks Nick. No Miele again oh well thankfully got a good heads! Have a lovely weekend

Nice boat, really like the manual sliding roof, one less thing to break.
The ingenuity of small/medium interior boat designers is fantastic, no space is wasted, while maintaining style and quality

By the way, when you walk through the deck area on this boat that reminds me of how spacious the deck of your 805 leader actually is, considering the length of this Galeon is 2 meters bigger.
Great boat this is nonetheless. And your beard suits you really well makes you seem like a proper boat captain.
Who would have thought at the start that boat is a two bedroomer? Amazing how much 'underground' space there is!!!
Really nice boat well planned good for a short trip down a lake or a small trip up the river
The aft cabin is master is a fact. Nice boat for 33 ft
