These 2 crawlers are probably the best looking crawlers on earth 💯. The scenery enhances the realism too.
You also control the cars so nicely and steadily especially if you are filming at the same time 🤣
Thanks very much mate, appreciate the great comment. 👍
Yeah I'm always driving and filming, it feels weird if I use two hands to drive now! 🤣
Appreciate the comment, I'm really happy with how they're both looking. Just need interiors and drivers now I reckon. 👍
@@DoURC if you do the interior things, and choose to put a figure in there, make sure you don’t get a tiny figure with a tiny small head. So many people I see getting figures that are too small, and it just ruins the realism.
@gaffle7646 Thanks for the tip. 👍
I've got a John Wick figure I'm hoping will work in the TRX6 and I've got a GRC interior ready for it. The TRX4 is still a work in progress. Ideally I'd like Arnie for the TRX4. 👍
@@DoURC dude, this video is in my favorites list. I’ve got TRX 4M’s, but don’t have the real deal just yet. I’ve got my stuff set aside on AliExpress and Amazon to make it look very similar to yours. I like the red color and all of those accessories. I’m trying to figure out if I should buy the vehicle first or just get all of my accessories. ordered ahead of time.
@gaffle7646 Thanks very much, glad you enjoyed it. 👍
I'd suggest get the vehicle first, as then you can enjoy the transformation. 👍
Love it in deep water
Thanks very much, me too. 👍
Love it ❤
Thanks very much 👍
Looking good out there.
Thanks very much 👍
Love them both!
Thanks very much 👍

Thanks very much mate, appreciate it and glad you enjoyed it. 👍
@@DoURC you’re welcome brother! Have a great day 🤘😎🤘

nice video
Thanks very much 👍
People say the defender sucks at rock crawling. It was never designed for that. This is what it does best.the trail.Nice vid but have fun cleaning.
Thanks very much, yeah it makes an excellent trail truck. 👍
🤣 Thanks, its definitely more fun getting it dirty! 👍
Agua y barrito jiji saludo compañero saludo desde Algeciras Cádiz España 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤❤❤👌👌👌✌✌
Thanks very much mate 👍👍
Mud and water, make for the best content. I wish I was game enough to take my rigs out in those conditions
Thanks very much. I love getting stuck into the mud and water, rigs don't like it much though. I regularly kill motors. I'm just in the process of stripping down my TRX4, fitting all new bearings, as after a year of abuse they've finally given up. Worth it though! 🤣👍
@@DoURC A year is pretty decent though. I may have to build a crawler for winter 😀
@ByronRC Yeah it's taken some abuse tbf. Go for it, you'll enjoy it. 👍
own both the same trx4/6, appreciate you taking them trough the swamp. cant do it with mine yet. you need a kinetic recovery rope
Thanks very much, I'll look into getting one. 👍😎
Great Video my friend 🤘😎🍻
Thanks very much mate, appreciate it. 👍
Very nice teamwork for the rescue! 👍👌
Thanks very much, was good fun. 👍😁
Nice crawling man, looks like you found some of that good sticky nasty mud 🤣🤣,great video 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks very much mate 👍
Yeah we'd have some good rain and there was plenty of mud and water. Need some more now as its been dry and cold!
Thanks very much, appreciate it. 👍👍
A great video! Defender rescues Merc, what can we say!😄 A bit too much mud for our cars I suspect, (yuk, all that cleaning!) but good to see you tackle it😄
Thanks very much 👍
🤣 Yeah, the Defender did well, but I think the G63 with the added brass was making it sink. The motor was full of mud too and struggling.
Was good fun though but yes, very messy! 🤣🤦
@@DoURC the thing about it is you’ve done the RC community a good service by illustrating their off-road prowess. Yes it was a little too muddy but it’s been etched in stone on this video. We can play it 1000 times and get the enjoyment and you only have to clean it once.😅
@@gaffle-411 🤣 Thanks very much. 👍
I love mudding them, so I'll keep at it so you can keep enjoying it. 🤣👍
I don't mind cleaning it, it's worth it! 🤣👍
He took a more shallow line with the defender it seems. The trx6 could've reversed out lol
So with the defender, how far should one go with brass upgrades upfront? Or should the weight be spread front and back.
I was going to do: front metal axles, heavy brass front axle cover, heavy brass portals along with metal bead locks all the way around and finally, two brass beat lock rings upfront.
Is that too much weight for the defender?
I've currently got no added weight on my Defender, other than all my accessories.
I do have a load of brass up front on the TRX6 and it does make a big difference climbing. I'd say it depends what you're going to use it for. Extra low down weight is great for rock crawling and hill climbs, but for mud it makes you sink! 🤣👍
My trx4 does not go forward or backwards after going in the water it only turns. Do you now how to fix that?
Sounds like maybe your motor is dead. Do you have a spare motor you could connect to the ESC to see if it works?
My trx4 has good torque on low gear but once I put it in high it has less torque then low gear.if I get stuck on deep mud or is under pressure the high gear does not even move the wheels but low gear does move the wheels. I just changed the spur gear to a steel one so I’m not sure if that is the reason. Do you know why it’s doing that?
It would do and that's normal, high gear is for trailing or whizzing around, once it starts to meet too much resistance it'll bog down.
Think of it like a real car, if you put in in 5th gear, you'll get more speed, but if you tried to pull off on a hill you'd stall.
If you try to crawl with it in 2nd gear, you risk damaging it. Think it even says as much in the manual. I'm always in first gear when I'm crawling or mudding. Second gear is saved for higher speed stuff. 👍
Hi, what long light bar are you using on the roof of the g63? Got a link? 😅
I don't sorry, I bought the TRX6 second hand and the lights were already on there. 👍
I just added the stickers and accessories etc. 👍
@@DoURC thanks for the info 😺
@@tukibird No worries 👍
Looks like some sticky shit
🤣 It was very sticky! 👍
@@DoURC lol 👍
