Hi @Redru-on8or - No, Bona Chroma is only a coloration system and will not seal/prime the floor. Thus a coat of waterborne sealer must be applied over the top. The potential reaction with high tannin woods will remain the same as with any other full waterborne system, so know what your end result will look like prior to completing the entire floor. All Bona waterborne sealers can be used over Chroma, except for ClassicSeal. Hope that helps answer your questions!
