Nice to see someone else using a T-bar to water pop with. I use a chemical sprayer to put the water on the floor.
I also like using a lambs wool to put the stain on and then walk out on the stain and buff the excess off. I use a black pad and put rags under it.
Also, I like using denatured alcohol with my water when I water pop. 50/50. It doesn’t raise the grain as much leaving it smoother and it evaporates much faster in humid environments.
I keep hearing about a denatured alcohol mix……. We will try that!!! Thank You!!
impressive as hell, ive only done residential these gyms look huge.
Thank You for watching!!

Thank You!! 😀
Another great job......that job might be above my budget :)
This was an expensive floor….. but it turned out Fantastic!! Thank You for watching!
What is the vinyl you’re using to protect the lane? We’re using plastic and it’s time consuming to cut and lay it around the circle
That product is called R-tape. We buy it in 18” and 36” rolls. It is expensive, but it saves us a LOT of time!
Thanks for watching!!
When you said you put oil base sealer is that a quick dry so you can do water base finish on top?
That was just the regular polyurethane sealer. We don’t have much problem with polyurethane drying, especially in the winter when the heaters are running a lot.
Thanks
