- VANILLA ICE CREAM RECIPE WITHOUT CREAM - NO CONDENSED MILK - NO ICE CREAM MAKER. Most of us like to make this vanilla ice cream in summer season at home due to its awesome flavor. If there is no condensed milk and cream you can follow this recipe to cool yourself. As it is very easy to make this without condensed milk, you can try this in hot summer day at home.
Ingredients
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Milk powder - 2 tbsp
Sugar - ¼ cup
Milk - 2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

I tried out this recipe and I am very satisfied. It's the best homemade ice cream recipe I've ever tried. No ice crystals, and very soft straight out of the freezer.

If you want to make a smaller batch here is the recipe:
1 tablespoon of corn flour
1 tablespoon of powder milk
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a pot
Boil for 6 to 7 minutes
Let is cool completely
Pour it into a tuperwear and freeze for 2 hours
Take it out and whisk for 4 to 5 minutes then freeze for 7 to 8 hours
Take it out and scoop
ENJOY :) !

I don't have vanilla powder, corn flour or powder milk. We only have regular milk, all purpose flour and no vanilla extract/powder.

Made it today. It tasted good but turned out a bit icy. But then, with such minimal ingredients, it was expected to turn somewhat icy. Plus I added some choco chips to it. Will make it again :)

Tried it and it tasted great. Just the issue was the vanilla ice cream crystallised more. Although in taste it was same as market ones,
But i also made the chocolate version of this icecream and that turned out very well and was more dense and less crystallized. I just added cocoa powder to the mixture and it tasted heavenly. After freezing also chocolate icecream tasted way better than vanilla one. I also added the cream(malai) from overnight kept buffalos milk (seperated the thick malai). It gave a great texture.
Maybe using an electric mixer helps, beat it until it’s fluffy

for me it ended up with a weird texture, like if you freeze yogurt in hopes of froyo but it's all icy. Also Idk about 2 tbs vanilla essence, but I used 2 tbs vanilla extract and it was a little much. And if anyone else is wondering, I would NOT recommend using almond milk, or other dairy substitutes. I used mostly milk but a little almond milk and it got all icy, I assume that's why.
Use essence, if u have extract only then half the ammount, because essence is half the strength and taste of extract
