      Yusuf Ibrahim Salam watching your videos from last couple of days i am from Pakistan being a Muslim i appreciate your halal food videos i am also a youtuber and i have a suggestion for you that according to me the music in your videos does not match with your personality and video theme its too high sorry to say
      especially that annoying alarming music in my opinion you should replace all your background music with lighter note tunes and last thing is your camera is a bit shaky.
      RESPECT AND LOVE FROM PAKISTAN
      STAY BLESSED AND GOOD LUCK

    I figured you guys would like all the food in Japan! That's all I hear- from friends in Japan, friends from Japan (here in Toronto), friends who have visited Japan, as well as on UA-cam videos- about how great the food is! I hope to visit there myself in the Spring or Fall. Nice video, by the way.

    I love LOVE love love that you are so respectful, caring offering her food and show her eating food. I watched Mark Weins and he treats his wife like crap in all videos. I am switching to you and your family from now on. It's good to see that you show your strength by being a good husband, and beautiful side of your faith for all to see. Trump has the wrong idea about Muslims. He has to watch your videos. Lol

    I've been in Tokyo for a couple of weeks and stumbling upon your adventure is like a tourist guide so thank you for this!!
    I also really wanted to try Unagi but I heard the glazy sauce they put on top is made with mirin (an alcoholic condiment)?

    • @YusufIbrahim
      @YusufIbrahim  6 років тому +1

      amelia jones heyyy! Thank you so much for the support! Tokyo is amazing ! 👌🏽 the restaurant hashimoto does not use mirin, in my description I put a link to the video of how he prepares it thAts why we went to that restaurant. It is really yummy :)

    I'm almost certain that even chicken ramen broth was made with pork bone. Broth made without pork bone is extremely rare. For that reason I always make it at home.

    • @YusufIbrahim
      @YusufIbrahim  7 років тому +1

      N Ma the Tonkotsu Ramen is the one with pork bone broth, a lot of other ramen is made with chicken and fish stock too. That's why we decided to eat at the halal ramen places. Share your recipe I would love to learn how to make ramen at home!

    Hi thank you for this video, im from hawaii and im going japan in a few weeks. How did you make a reservation at hashimotos?

    • @YusufIbrahim
      @YusufIbrahim  6 років тому

      Beau Nakamori hey!! Thank you for the support, you will love Japan! For Hashimoto, we had our hotel make the reservation for us. The other way is to use your credit card concierge service and ask them to call the restaurant. In Japan most restaurants people don’t speak English so it’s hard to book stuff so if you have a hotel booked in Japan email the front desk and ask them to get you a reservation at any restaurant you want !

      Salaam! Yes of course. The best halal ramen restaurants in Tokyo are:
      Halal Ramen Ouka
      Naritaya Ramen
      Ayam-Ya Okachimachi
      Also if you want to find Halal restaurants in Japan you can use this app called: Halal Japan Media App

    Guys I hope you were careful with breads and pastries and ice creams. Many soft breads and pastries in Asian bakeries use animal fats, and ice creams may use alcohol for softness

    • @YusufIbrahim
      @YusufIbrahim  6 років тому +1

      aznlover9114 hey! Yes we made sure we asked the ingredients before we bought them :) thanks for letting us know

    • @YusufIbrahim
      @YusufIbrahim  6 років тому +1

      aznlover9114 oh no that sucks :( it is tough but in Japan people are really nice and kind and they are open about food. They also know Muslims eat halal so they tell you if there is pork or not :)

  • @pujun

    $33 for a lunch box of fish rice? wow, that's expensive.

    • @deioped
      @deioped 7 років тому +1

      pujun eel used to be peasant food that's super cheap. But due to good marketing and dwindling supplies its got to this kind of pricing. Sadly.

    • @YusufIbrahim
      @YusufIbrahim  7 років тому

      I know that is a very good point. I understand that the takes a long time to prepare the eel, so maybe thats why the prices have gone up. What is your favorite japanese food?
