Correction. This thing has gundam eyes, not mono eyes. I have the figure just now and it has two eyes. The led made it look like mono eye, but it's not. It's a good solid figure to me now 10/10.
3 things: 1. The entry Grade Gundam actually got me into Model kit making. It was easy and fun to do and it made me want to try my hand at other model kits. If anyone is thinking about dabbling in building gunpla, give a entry grade kit a try. 2. I LOVE the Moshow Figures. They are basically like getting a Perfect Grade Gundam, only with die cast parts, impecable decal work, for roughly the same price (if you get one early) 3. Moshow announced they are making 1:100 scale figures. (IE 5.5-7") metal inner frame versions of their bigger figures. Takeda and Date are first up but I'm hoping Lancelot will get a 1:100 version too.
I can't bring myself to buy the pre-assembled figures. For me 80% of the fun is the sanding, painting, and assembly. The posing is just 5-10 minutes of frustration.
I absolutely love Mowshow Toys' line and the price is justified but that price tag still makes me want to explode. Maybe for christmas I will treat myself if it's still in stock. Also was there no option to store the lance anywhere on the kit? it seems like a missed opportunity.

Torso pistons are forced. They look like weakpoints for attack in the overall design. engineering wise, they don't even move with the side-to-side motion, and only slightly move on the ab crunches. It wouldn't hurt 3rd party companies to try copying what the last bandai series did with their gundams. IBO torsos are ugly as hell. Still a 8.5/10 design, since I've already bought Date Masamune before and it was superb.
Those C-Clips for the hands are a horrible design flaw. Unless they're metal and every hand has a metal bar for it to grab, otherwise it should have been pegs instead

I wish I could afford one of those. Always wanted to get into collecting, but I can hardly afford food rent and bills as is. This a dream unfulfilled.
