Problem yeah hai ki resale main issues aana start ho chuki hai already. Builder k prices se 15-20 percent kam par trade kar rahi hain resale units and phir bhi buyers milna mushkil ho raha hai. Also software industry ki bhi halat theek nahin hai. Yeah prices jyada din tak nahin tikne wale. No way Prestige is coming at 12k. Bangalore and Hyderabad market with so much better infrastructure than Ghzbd launched around 7.5-8k. Markets are different, but main motive behind building City format is to provide an integrated township feel and they will launch everything at once. More than 2.5k apartments, maybe plots/villas and something commercial. Prestige aims at aggresive sale tactics in first 6 months. Launch at 12k is not going to happen. People wont digest this price. Noida 150 projects are planning to open at 12-13k which has much better scope based on 150 locations and overall sector planning. My expectation is pre-launch at 9.5k

The previous owner of the property failed to make payments to the authority. Apex Floral has now taken over and committed to settling the dues.
