i think real estate market has peaked out now .. Gurgaon sales are flat .. and transactions in resale market are almost flat as the price gap and purchasing power is significant .. JOB Markets are also not in very good condition specially tech sector

@@fortune09_estates Agreed sir but i have few points regarding Noida ..the land pool and availability is too big ..For example Yeida Airport from Greater Noida is 35 Kms .. On the other hand there will be new Noida which is till bulandshahr (too much supply) .. Also we have 30-40K stuck flats coming in 1-3 years of Jaypee, Amarpali etc .. Also a lot of builder floors will come in Ghaziabad .. 1 Important thing right now is Faridabad where affordability is there ..and people are now investing in Faridabad because of its connectivity

Noida still isn't that well developed like Gurgaon.....it's absolutely barren
