John if your in the UK hyperflight supply lots of F5J models including the Introduction the kit is £169 they have recommendations for power esc and batteries etc
Its a very easy system that involves a clip and a screwhead. It takes 2 sec to attach, genious. It's hard to explain but have a look at the manual and you will see

The usual stuff, covering, electronics etc. Holleinshop has some reqomendations on their site

Definitely had a Bubble Dancer vibe to it.

How does it fly in stronger winds
This is not a plane you fly in strong winds, you fly this in light to medium thermals.
