I admit, I've never watched a Golden Book video myself, but I like how it captures an animated storybook style! I can't exactly explain it, but it reminds me a bit of those 90s childrens games where you click around
That was very phenomenal with the editing style and the choice of tracks used! I loved it! It just so happens that I did in fact watch 22 Short Films About Springfield this past weekend! First time ever watching the original episode behind the meme!
I like this! I recall seeing Golden Book Videos of 'He-Man' that were just read-a-long books in video form, and not the VHS releases of the cartoon. You should do one based on the Disney read-a-long books with the chimes that ring whenever it's time to turn the page. I'm sure this would be very easy to do.
Ayo that’s amazing bro! I can never thought Steamed Hams meme is been getting old since almost 4 years, but thanks you, it has been taken out and blend with the Golden Books as fully planned! Nice work Zak 👍

I once kicked around the concept of a "Steamed Hams, but it's a cheap book and record," where the narrator would do poor voices that don't sound a thing like either of them and gave a bad delivery of the lines, but I just didn't have the resources to bother with it. You know the kind I'm talking about. Definitely not the Disney type ones where professional voice actors are used as sound-a-likes, but the really bad ones with bad music and bad voice acting.
Heh, I know what you mean. Peter Pan Records was guilty of some titles in the 1970s. And I know the Golden/Wonder Records read-alongs of the 1950s-1960s and KidStuff read-alongs of the 1980s usually had a single narrator read the whole thing without any character voices.
@@ZakWolf There's some awful Back to the Future and Ghostbusters ones I found on YT that seem like they were rushed out before the movie, yet were not supplied with ANYTHING other than the script. Of course, there's also a series of Archie TMNT comic books and tapes where they just didn't bother any voice matching and just did their own things. The racist accent they gave Splinter on that one was just hilariously bad, but other than that, they did make some decent choices.
this was good! i like it! heck this is so good. i feel like other people could do smiliar videos like this! one example would be " Danganronpa: The Animation Episode 3 But It's a Golden Book Video " or something. not sure how that would go but i think would be intresting and good as this one. this is by far one creative video i've seen.

That was very clever of you to do this video, Zak. By the way, you know how in The Trollusk Got his Hat video version that there was no phone number on the TV screen? I bet that was a precaution to prevent little kids from calling that ‘fictional’ number in case it does exist in real life but is for something that’s definitely not for kids. I think Disney learned their lesson after The Santa Clause (1994) incident. By the way, where there’s smoke, they pinch back.
I think the change was for visual flow and not to prevent the target audience from attempting to call it and for Santa clause it was only spoken and not shown in some way tbh (Do not reply)

Steamed Hams never gets old
*insert Daffy complaining about no space logo at the end and downright calling it an insult to Simpsons fans*
Daffy Duck:He sees that this one has no space logo. Aw man no space,Now I know why everyone wants The Simpsons to be dead.
Well, who knows if it came with it! Maybe it did, maybe it didn't. Check the end of the tape!

Steamed Hams is one of my favorite memes!
This is freaking hilarious! It's got me giggling how you turned a popular meme from a grown-ups cartoon show into a kids storybook video!
Terrific Video Zak.
This is awesome!!!

Awesome video Zak. I like that video.
Awesome job on this! You really made it feel like a Golden Book video! The only issue I have is I can’t hear your narration voice very well.
I'm not sure if The Simpsons and Golden Book Video really go together.
That's the joke.
